Throwing away a 2-0 lead with ten minutes to go with needless subs was pretty bad in my opinion. But it’s gone now, no point moaning about it.

As long as Connolly and Morgan are nowhere near the pitch we’ll be ok

3 points and we’ve have been very handily placed, but onwards and upwards with some winnable fixtures coming up

Stevenage is the exact kind of team we struggle against I'd say, a typical Steve Evans team sitting 4th in the league, so I'm kind of preparing for the worst against them. Oxford maybe get something from as we seem better suited to playing teams like that, despite them going so well.
 
One Stevenage player sent off today straight red. One Stevenage off with a bad injury so I presume they will both miss next Saturday against us can’t believe how many cards given in that match
Stevenage got 3 yellows 1 straight red
Wigan got 11 yellows of which two made a red
Alan Young was the referee.

Cheltenham at home & Fleetwood away are the only games we’ll will out of that, with probably 2 losses and a draw . We’re a bang average team that is mid table at best

I'd say if we don't beat Cheltenham and Fleetwood that's the end! Another 4 from the other games is the minimum and actually all the pain of the season so far would be eased by a win at Oxford!

We're tenth. There are 14 teams below us, if we're feeling pain what are they feeling? Or are they not clubs who should romp this league and are entitled to be much higher?

Guessing they didn't just get relegated from the Championship, receive large sums for 2 players in the last 18 months and claim to have easily a top 6 budget.

Guess we should just be thankful we follow a team and all shut the fuck up then?
 
No one has a clue how many ppoibts we‘ll get let alone who will toss awaythe points apart from the usual suspects NC and SS

Some of the criticism on the finer points of yesterday‘s match are absolutely ridiculous

And are those not allowed? You can't have a pop at people and then get annoyed when someone counters your point.

Do you think people are not allowed to be ambitious about our football club?

Do you think people can't be upset when the owner and chairman of this football club state we have a top 6 budget and yet we play an awful brand of football and we don't look like a top 6 club?

Lyons didn't look great last night, takes time for players to embed themselves back in a team and genuinely can't see us starting Joseph with any regularity until the end of November. On the plus side we have Dembele and Kouassi but depends if the manager is brave.
 
The next 6 we either play teams down there or promotion rivals. 4 are currently in the top 6, and the other two will scrapping for survival come the end.

L = Oxford (A)
W = Cheltenham (H)
D = Peterborough (H)
W = Fleetwood (A)
D = Bolton (A)

11 points out of 18 with some tough fixtures, its definitely optimistic!
 
Saturday is ma-hoo-sive - get back in that group around the Play Offs and a confidence booster going in to the Oxford game and we can kick on.

My mate is an Oxford fan and says 'they're not all that' - sometimes a league position is a misleading reflection of a side's capabilities.

Yeah agree .. and with them having had that break and maybe lost some momentum (and two suspended) I wonder if momentum isn't with us?
 
I'd love it, I'd bloody love it if we beat that lot tomorrow ..

.. and if we did then the next 3 games present some interesting opportunities.
Personally would go for the draw tomorrow.
