Should MM be sacked now, and replaced with one of the Backroom team ?

Yes, but it should have been done after the Knobbers game.

If it isnt financial I'm convinced the reason he's not already been sacked is the powers that be don't want us to be seen as 'one of those clubs' who sack managers after a few bad results as it may have a negative impact on recruiting our next manager.
 
I keep voting yes in the hope that one day SS will listen.
Take the two Bens with you MMc - they're stealing a wage & keep making false promises. As they did at last week's fans debacle, talking nonsense about plans being in place bla bla bla. Bollox, your main task was to do everything needed to ensure we stayed in the championship. YOU FAILED big time.
 
This season is over MM should be sent packing IF it saves the club a few quid, otherwise we’re stuck with him till the end of the season, wouldn’t waste good money to pay him off
 
I can only assume that if we sack him, before relegation is confirmed, that we may have to pay him a survival bonus. Otherwise it makes absolutely no sense that he is still here.
 
Sadly McMuppet won’t walk and Sadler won’t sack him even though with 6 games left we could get another temp in who could just give the players the boost they need. And let’s face it, after today’s performance they need something because I saw no passion out there at all today (I did leave at half time though)
We have to accept that we are a yo-yo club and have been for a long, long time
 
Last roll of the dice. Put Dobbie in and if we beat Luton off the back of that then the Wigan game is interesting. It's highly unlikely we will survive even with a change, but we are 100% going down if we don't do it.

And sacking him now gives whoever else would be next an unfair task.

With our kamikaze defence we will be lucky to get a point before the end of the season. Positivity is great,but this BFC team is only fit for the knackers yard.
 
Was saying this weeks ago, now I fear it’s too late.

I’d still like Dobbie & co to have a go at running things, until it’s mathematically impossible
 
Get rid now, McCarthy doesn't even seem to have the heart for the job,his interviews smack of a man going through the motions in neutral until he can leave the scene of the crime. If we can't get the man we want now get Dobbie and Eardley running it with tactics the players will at least feel comfortable with.
 
Dont know why people are trying to still pick the bones out of performances/selections. The squad needed investment and never got it it’s as simple as that. This league is riddled with quality and we have a massive lack of it. We knew some of these players were just getting by in league 1 and they are still here 2 seasons on. Cant chance it at this level only works for so long. We’ve seen us win 8 times all season and rightfully so, just not good enough.

6 games left, and we're currently 7 points behind QPR. Even assuming they don't manage to rack up another point, it will take 3 of the six games to be on a par with them on 42 points.
So, in reality....... our season is 3 games long.
Shhhhitt or bust time.
Somebody please put us out of our misery with a 'coup de grace'.

Won 8 games all season out of 40. Not sure why anybody would still be clutching at getting enough out of our remaining fixtures like we can just win 4 of our last 6 games.
 
If you listen to McCarthys interviews you will soon realise that he's saying that, "You can't polish a turd."

No point in changing manager now, raggy isn't going to be able to turn this around.

Tennis balls anyone?
