Poveda

I can understand his frustration, with the amount of games in such a short space of time I'm surprised he didn't start last night. Madine and Yates are in desperate need of a rest so I'd change the front 3 on Saturday and go with Poveda, Lavery, Corbeanu.

Not sure but I don't think he was match fit when he arrived, plus he's returning from a slight injury isn't he?

I didn't see him storm off at the final whistle, but agreed that he should be more professional if that's the case. Jordan Thorniley never stormed off under Critch, and he was treated much worse in my view (loan v permanent argument aside).

Hardly any of our players saw much of the ball, so I wouldn't criticise Poveda when he only came on in the 87th minute. If fit, he's worth being given a chance (assuming he's shown it in training) but not at the expense of Jerry.

I wouldn't rest our (arguably) fittest player and top goal scorer, unless there is a specific injury risk. He's going to get a break for the WC in a couple of weeks. I doubt he'd want a rest anyway.

I can understand his frustration to be honest. There is no point trying to grind out a 0-0 in this league I would have brought on Lavery, Poveda and Thompson at half-time to inject some energy if nothing else.

He looked proper chuffed and was stood in front of the fans doing a delfounso at hudders, but yeah - I imagine he's frustrated, you'd hope so but like others have said I'm frustrated every day at work, I still go through the motions

Strange isn't it away at Huddersfield I was confident he was going to be our saviour but it's not really panning out that way and can't work out why!

That's a sure fire way to lose the game

If he only had a sick bug on Tuesday, surely he must start on Saturday! Experience and guile we're crying out for. Bossed the Huddersfield game.

I don't mind an attitude, as I wouldn't expect him to be happy clapping under the circumstances.
MA will know if his reaction merits punishment or otherwise.
For him not to be selected, I can only assume that he's not performing in training, if that's the case, he's best returning to Leeds.
I hope he starts on Saturday and has a stormer.

He wasn't match fit when he arrived, what's happened since I'm not too sure. But from my first impressions he seemed quite a tricky player. Let's see if he features on Saturday, or after the WC. If not then send him back.

he's had the bug this week
He stormed off down the tunnel a couple of weeks back after being brought on for the last 5 minutes, I presumed it was a bad attitude but possibly he just had a bad case of diarrhaea due to a bug ,a Leeds fan I know said he had a bad attitude and was made to pick up litter in a local park pre season along with a few other players,I’m not convinced that would improve his attitude though,it’s nearly 2am & I’ve just finished picking up litter from my lawn,it doesn’t seem to have helped my attitude so anyone reading this can fuck off
