Priti Patel

"Will the lazy bumbling oaf sack her? Will he heck!"

You've no interest in Patel. You're just a one trick pony looking for reasons to slag off the PM.
šŸ‘

Iā€™m not giving you a šŸ‘ because I agree with your post.

Itā€™s because I like the phrase ā€œone trick ponyā€.

It gives me happy memories and a warm fuzzy feeling all over.

I've just watched her being interviewed on the BBC news and she was asked outright if she was a bully, she didn't answer the question, she didn't say she wasn't but she said she was a person in a difficult job so basically admitted she is a bully!! And the fact Johnson has said he doesn't believe the report and has stood by her. His position is becoming untenable too. He's like a watered down Trump, What a mess, Boris, Cummings and Farage the 3 who have led us into Brexit, god help us.

I worked for some right twats during my time as a contractor, but in most cases they were top guys who got things done and the companies thrived on their commitment.
Now regarding Patel, she has clearly pissed off a number of sirs, and quite frankly, the home office has been pretty shit for years. Do you keep doing the same thing or do you yearn for improvement and efficiency?
Or do you just keep sacking the boss because the old boys network get upset?
Assumption piled on assumption. She could have been rude to the cleaners, the Secretaries, the office juniors, the apprentice high-flyers, I don't know and neither do you.

Yes, my mind drifted to Trump when I saw Johnson's comments.

Forced to resign as Theresa May's International Development Secretary after unauthorised meetings in Israel while on a "private" trip.
Breaching the ministerial code. And then lying about it to the press & the PM.

About a year ago, she failed to notify Acoba (advisory committee on business appointments) that she'd been working as a consultant for Viasat, a US company, until a month after becoming Home Secretary.
I think she forgot to trot out the "inadvertent" excuse for that one.
Turned out that Viasat was planning to bid for a very lucrative defence contract.

So she has form for thinking she can do what she wants, and f*** rules, conventions and everyone else.
So, in short what you're saying is, she's found her comfort zone in the current Cabinet.

If your staff arenā€™t performing as per their contractual objectives you take the official inefficiency route.
You do not swear at, intimidate and bully them. Itā€™s mentally criminal and destroys a persons self-esteem. No excuses.
If she has been behaving in this manner she should be disciplined ASAP. Anything else is setting a precedence at Government level that bullying in the workplace is acceptable. That sets a truly abhorrent message to all employers.
Not good.

If true, best news Iā€™ve heard today, No1.
Tno, would you prefer it if I used other words to describe the lazy, bumbling oaf, like the fact he is a liar, a cheat, a philanderer and someone with the morals of a polecat?

Well.... shock horror, the person heading the bullying inquiry has resigned because the total buffoon Boris has supported PP and not the results of the inquiry. He's a ** embarrassment and she is poison. So she keeps her job and a totally decent civil servant loses theirs.

I have been a Conservative all my life up to the last election. I can't see myself ever voting for them again.

What did you expect
Glad you've seen the light, lets just hope we have a credible alternative šŸ˜€ I've never seen such arrogance as of late.

Following on from the Cummings, Williamson and Grayling fiascos, yet again Johnson has shown a complete lack of leadership and judgement. Biden and his advisors were spot on in describing him as a shape-shifting creep and physical and emotional clone of Trump.
As for Patel, itā€™s clear as day that she lacks the sufficient talent or intelligence to hold the position she does - an unswerving loyalty to Brexit appears to be the main criteria for a position in the cabinet. What an unholy mess!

She speaks highly of youšŸ‘
Couldn't give a shit. Worked with many leading politicians for 20 years, many are self obsessed knobs. Left that world this year and thank God but she is as big a shit as you will meet. I like Hesletine but he could also be a knob.

Boris
"I tried really hard to sack her for breaking the ministerial code, but she twisted my arm behind my back, said "Shut the fcuk up, fat boy" and stole my dinner money"

The post of Home Secretary has been held by some seriously intelligent and high profile people: Herbert Morrison, Roy Jenkins, William Whitelaw, Douglas Hurd, Kenneth Clark. Could you imagine any of these people stooping to the level of bullying staff and swearing at them?
Is Priti Vacant the best that the Tories can come up with for this post?
Disappointing doesn't cover it.

About to be reshuffled in the New Year, for being ā€œfcuking uselessā€, er, I mean not very competent. When blaming othersā€™ for your own inadequacy comes back to bite you:

Except she'll get him in a headlock, shove his head down the Downing St bogs then flush it, without realising that was classified as bullying behaviour.

That's why he's been briefing that a PM salary is not enough to live on. She's been stealing his dinner money.

Yes it's come to something when a cabinet minister can seemingly get away with bullying. It seems to be rife in modern day politics. Look at the way Corbyn allowed the bullying of Jews to go on in the Labour party. It's not as if people aren't aware these days that any form of bullying is wrong.

Not seen the report, have you? My prejudice? Seriously?
Just cant imagine a small asian women bullying grown men, knights no less.
Could imagine her being a pain in the arse though.
They aren't knights like in the olden days wearing suits of armour and slaying dragons they are blokes embedded in the system that haven't rocked the boat and got the obligatory knighthood.

I would think that she is perfectly capable of bullying them and don't really see what her stature or where her parents were born have got to do with it.

The ability to bully comes from the position of power the individual holds in this case.

Quite right. You can bully somebody simply by making them fear losing their job and livelihood.

Probably do it by text.

Saves the bog wash. šŸ˜®

What we're calling bullying is a trait often admired in the business world (and parts of the Senior Civil Service and the Military), for being perceived as cutting through the BS, getting to the point and making things happen. Actually no, it's bullying.
