Does anyone know if it'll be pay on the gate in the away end? going & got tickets but mate in London might go if you can pay on the day.

Just rang the QPR ticket office - they cant do anything and said to get the tickets from Blackpool. I don't live in Blackpool and not a season ticket holder so wont be able to get one. Any spares going from those attending already ?

It's mental that people want to give a club money but they make it as difficult as possible to do so
It seems to happen a lot in the Championship don't think we do POG either.
They want advance sales so they know how many security, staff ,pies etc to get in and if that means losing a few quid on the day so be it they just want to concentrate on extra home sales.

If you rib the ticket office at Bloomfield Rd now they will post it out first class and you'll get it by Weds. You don't need to be a season ticket holder.

I am travelling to London (from the north east) first thing Wednesday so dont want to risk not getting the post - either through delays at the ticket office end or the postie at this end. Never mind - was worth a try.

Ring the club and ask if you can buy and collect on the night.

I live in London. For Coventry away, I bought my ticket from BFC a couple of days before the game and they took it to Cov (with the BFC media team) and it was available to be picked up by me at the ground. Worked like clockwork.

I am in the same position as you, went online last week and ordered, tickets arrived the next day by post, may still be possible

Ring ticket office tomorrow and ask them if you were to buy a ticket can they email it to you so you can print at home. Maybe another option there hopefully

I literally don't understand this. Shouldn't clubs be trying to get as many fans in a game? Very peculiar this is common theme now.
Sometimes its cash only on the day too.

Some clubs stopped that with covid and some never started again, seen weirdness in a few places where they are carrying on with their own silly rules despite no need to or right to.

Quite a few places seem to have ditched cash since covid and not returned to it.

Wouldn't stop them paying on the day by card, so whoknows why they don't want more money.

Only seem to have this issue with games in the Championship and Prem. In leagues 1 & 2 you can POTG which quite a few did during the boycott at away grounds.
Another solution would be to ask someone on this forum to pick you up a ticket and meet up with them at the ground.

Ring up QPR and tell the your second cousin twice removed works for Sky.... Bingo , problem solved

Trouble is my mate wont know till Weds if he can go, depends on work, shame as he can't go the Chelsea game as well now it's moved to 6pm kick off

Even dafter when you look on the QPR website and see their fans can buy a ticket till a hour before the game and it’s delivered to their phones. No paper tickets for the,.
