Will now face a civil sex case in America, so the judge rejected his lawyers pleas.
There's something very ropey about that case, rushed out of the country, the only photo of her for ages being that weird scanned wedding one that made it look like it was from the 1950s...We should trade him for that Anne Sacoolas.
Not a bad shout that.We should trade him for that Anne Sacoolas.
Again? It's a civil case.He's going down.
Thats probably what got him in trouble in the first placeHe's going down.
And now he’s settled the £6,6m debt on his Swiss chalet he can now sell it to fund his legal team and possibly have enough left to pay VG assuming she is prepared to settle of course. She can screw him for every last penny given it’s the Queens Jubilee year and knowing the Royal Family will want this settling as quickly as possible, but who knows? The Royal PR team has been building up for a settlement over the past week or so. Being spun that Andy Pandy wants to fight, but the rest of the the family want it dealt with.
I suppose that would provide some sort of ironic justice...He's going down.

Both Mrs S and her husband are supposed to be CIA.There's something very ropey about that case, rushed out of the country, the only photo of her for ages being that weird scanned wedding one that made it look like it was from the 1950s...
They’ll settle
Rotten to the core, the lot of them.let’s hope the piece of scum gets what’s coming. Shame there’s no death penalty for kiddie fiddlers!
If Randy wants to go quietly, he can get ready with a massive out of Court settlement or face the consequences.
If you read my post correctly, the 'consequences' I alluded to was the media. What consequences?
This is a civil claim for damages, AFAIK no crime has been committed (by PA), his reputation is trashed already, to an extent what's he got to lose?
If there were other claimants it would be a different matter entirely, but this one may not relish the thought of having her version of events questioned publicly and under oath, so I have suspicion that if PA fights the claim she'll fold.

The consequences of being found to have been liable for the claim and the subject of a court award as well as the potential that criminal proceedings would follow. What consequences?

It worries me with the people involved in this scandal how safe the key players are.The consequences of being found to have been liable for the claim and the subject of a court award as well as the potential that criminal proceedings would follow.
There's no way that VG will fold... Her pursuit of others, in the face of some of the most unbelievable character attacks and attempts to disrupt justice has been absolutely dogged.
Really ?It's far from clear if that's what you meant.
The consequences of being found to have been liable for the claim and the subject of a court award as well as the potential that criminal proceedings would follow.
Really ?
My Client?Introducing 14 year old children into a sex trafficking ring is indeed a very serious criminal offence, which is why I suspect that your client may not want to have her version of events questioned publicly.
........., closely followed by a media scrum."I genuinely think that the good ole USA and judiciary want their pound of flesh..............."
My Client?
VG has spoken openly about her experiences whilst involved with Epstein, as have others....
This is only going one way Lost... It's unfortunate, because I would genuinely like to see it go all the way.. However Andrew is going to pay at least $5M to settle.I'm sure you're not that naive.
The defence will move heaven and earth to portray VG as Epstein's co-conspirator and not a victim, they'll depose VG and demand that she names every victim that she recruited, they'll depose Carolyn and all the other victims recruited by VG, they'll depose all the other staff and ask for their impressions of her, they may even get Maxwell involved, and if their stories keep sounding like the story that Carolyn tells then she may well find herself in very hot water indeed.
Let's wait and see.
Knowing that base, highly unlikely. Defence Intelligence, perhaps. Many years ago, I used to employ spouses from there. Both Mrs S and her husband are supposed to be CIA.

As I've said Alan Dershowitz in particular has tried throwing everything bar the Kitchen sink at her... She's going nowhere and PA's lot know it.
We’ve no choice, but to wait and see… I’m simply making a prediction.Let's wait and see.
Of course, these types of civil cases usually settle out of court, and the widely publicised figure of $5m is a lot of money. But, imagine if VG wins her case in court, how much more could she potentially make with book or film rights? This is only going one way Lost... That's known as the Oyston defence, which catastrophically failed when someone even richer played the card. It's time these privileged tossers are stopped from hiding behind expensive legal teams, who can swear black is white. That & the dam right lies & swerving straight forward questions & I'll include our PM too.

They don’t look bright enough to me based on their approach up to nowI'm sure you're not that naive.

Not sure it’s the same in the StatesIt’s not quite that simple…. once a Settlement is offered, then if rejected that can impact on how costs might be distributed in the event of an award.
Ultimately if the Prince offers anything close to the number you’d expect the court to award, then it’s stupidity to continue…
Are you saying that all legal cost would be paid by the losing party, even if an award was below the value of a previously offered settlement? Not sure it’s the same in the States

No I think they might all pay their own costs but it could be different state to stateAre you saying that all legal cost would be paid by the losing party, even if an award was below the value of a previously offered settlement?
I have no skin in the outcome….Aha, I've got it.
This isn't about her at all, this is about you wanting Andrew to be guilty, that's why you think he'll settle.
Personally I hope someone can persuade Carolyn (and others) to sue her, then it'll get really interesting.
