Before you go for a pint/meet mates, call in at the club shop. There’s a young lad working there who will show you in seconds.

My wallet was still showing the Orient game , so as I’ve had to do every match , I re downloaded it last night . Before that had worked fine , but this time now showing blank date and blank opponent. Not a good system is it ?
 
Just noticed this latest update on the o/s.
Ahead of Saturday's fixture at home to Wigan Athletic, supporters are reminded of the following helpful steps concerning digital season tickets.
• To avoid any confusion, digital season tickets will now no longer display specific fixtures and supporters will be permitted entry into the stadium simply with their valid 23/24 digital season ticket.

Which is what mine does after unhiding it from expired passes.
Ready to go then.

The club could have saved a lot of speculation with just a little communication.


To be honest I could have replied with this statement to most of the threads on here.

FFS - if only the club had the email addresses of season ticket holders this would have been even more simple to communicate 🙄
 
As an aside,

when I changed my phone in May I didn't get rid of my old Samsung S9.

As I used the same google account on my new phone, my season ticket is in both wallets and I have tried each phone at the last 2 home games (I missed the opener as was on holiday) and both worked (not on the same day obviously). Might help for close family and good friends.

I couldn’t read the team we were playing anyway as the text was tiny. Perhaps with 2 pairs of specs on🙄

mine still shows Orient. It's a farce it really is. Anyway, I'll turn up and see what happens.

after all the will it or won’t it update for yesterdays game just this minute mine has updated for the Reading game on the 23rd September but then i thought it wasn’t getting updated any more haha oh well 🤷‍♂️
 
Still had a long Q in the west. They reverted to letting people In by just showing there tickets rather than scanning them.

It's certainly not improving.

yep, I know. I based my comment on reading the posts before mine. So like most didn't have a problem. Fact is though, the queues seem to be much bigger outside the west turnstiles so clearly this new system isn't working quicker like they said it would.
