Reality Check For The Excusers

I didn’t suggest the manager should be sacked . I also bow to your knowledge of the History of Bournemouth managers, if they were sacked and in which month. Very impressive.
It was a guess, it'll be right though, feel free to look it up.

Where to start with that?

Yes, I am looking at the history that backs up my argument, precisely because it backs up my argument, that's what examples are.

The 'ship' isn't hitting the sea bed or whatever crap analogy you wish to use, it's November and we're two points off the play offs, maybe take a look at the league table?

Me and all other 'apologists'? I wish life were so black and white and you could box everyone off, here's one for you, a ** panic monkey, see, not really fair is it?

What has Rochdale away in the fourth division got to do with now? You can't tell me to forget history but use it to suit yourself, were you the only one there? Pretty sure I remember a few on? Are you suggesting they all share your view because of 'suffering'?

The football isn't sucking the life at all, we've played far worse football, even under lauded managers, there's only really Holloway's team that were sometimes entertaining and even then some games were a grind. If you want constant attacking entertaining football may I suggest that this game might not be for you?

A few short years ago we were a dead club with a wankstain of an owner and no one with any morals attending, back then we'd have cried out for this situation, a local real fan owning the club and an actual ethos of what we wanted to be with a manager who's already built one team in time.

But no, some just want the moon on a ** stick and complain about everything unless it's all how they envision. You want to sack a manager who two points off the top six in early November? Don't be so ** childish.

What happened to supporting the club?
It sure I understand any of that drivel 🤔

We are in the old division three. We had three goals scored against us by Fleetwood? Fleetwood!!!! The ball has to get past 10 players before arriving at our goal. The players that should start a game don't and half the time we play what we do have out of position. Please no more comments about cracking game, Critchley doesn't know his best team, etc, etc. At this stage, a professional manager should know his best team and the tactics that his players understand and can implement. The last two games no excuses just flat-out not good enough. Anything less than the playoffs is an abject failure this season. We make life much harder than it needs to be and we're dropping points that a promotion-chasing team should be picking up. I'm embarrassed by the timidity of the comments on here on match day. Enough with the little Blackpool mindset.
Best team? Without Norburn? He marshalls the team. A huge miss.

Don't worry we're only 2 points off the playoffs and in a great position.
Sonny has proved all the doubters wrong by having two decent halves of football.
CJ has shut all the bed wetters up by playing great, well, not at the moment but he will get better again, have patience.
Just wait til the two Ollys come back into the team but OB and Marv are more than capable.
And to put the cherry on the cake we've a more than capable coach who knows exactly when to play his best players (after we've given the opposition a lead) and knows exactly when to take them off (removing the top goalscorer when you've got opposition on the ropes)
Trust the process, stop wanting your team to be successful and appreciate you've a football club to support.
The futures bright, the future's tangerine.
Great post!

Or maybe you're just diverting from a fairly vague fact that has little to do with our position right now?
I haven’t mentioned in any of my posts our position now. I was replying to a post quoting our historical league positions, with an alternative. I don’t need to divert from anything I post, Bournemouth has nothing to do with our position now. It has everything to do with, so called, historical positions in the football hierarchy. Maybe it’s you trying to divert from a fairly vague ‘fact’ that you either can’t prove or concede it’s pure speculation on your part and not fact at all.

But you missed the entire point, along with everyone else apparently, in my original reply, we're not guaranteed or automatically worthy (reads terribly but Phil is complaining about 'entitled') of being in the Championship as the post suggested.

It's not my fault if you lot can't read something in context is it?

I know we’re not guaranteed anything and unless we turn draws into wins we won’t reach the playoffs either. But having said that, I do think we should be at least contenders. Last season was an abomination from beginning to end and we got what we deserved. This season, with the right attitude from both players and management we’re well capable of getting back up. That doesn’t mean we are entitled to be there but we’ll be there on merit and without this ‘little Blackpool’ mentality.

Doesn't matter about our mentality. Facts are since 1978 we've been mostly a lower league club barring 8 or so seasons. That's all my lifetime. We don't 'belong' anywhere other than where we are because it's where we deserve to be.

We are a small club with a small ground and small support. I can't ever see us sustaining top 2 tier level like we did up until the late 1970's.

Lytham is right.
This is all getting a bit naval gazing.

Albert that is the most sensible thing you have said today
