Bit part player at Uddersfeelt for the last few seasons. Might do a job for us if he can latch onto Marvin's long balls or can drop deep to join the other 10 defensive players and then beat them all single handedly going forward.

I realise it’s your job to search for the negatives in every situation, but, as others have said, in most of those 51 games he was a sub.
He’s played the equivalent of 24 games in the last two seasons so not a bad scoring record at all.
225 goals in 586 games. What's your definition of on fire?

I think the flame has died down recently. I didn't.thimk we were shopping in the bargain basement anymore. If this was an Oyston signing everyone would be in uproar ( well not the usual suspects)

I was replying to a poster who posted that said Rhodes on fire which clearly he isn’t right now so I’m sure even you wouldn’t say he is would you? Its not being negative at all he’s just not on fire otherwise he wouldn’t be dropping down to league one would he?
I hope he finds his scoring boots again trust me as we certainly need someone right now.

A lot of sub appearances, be a lot less games divided by 90 mins. He will do a good job at this level I am sure

It's much about knowing where to be instinctively both to receive and score.His record speaks for itself.
If nothing else he is an out and out goalpoacher who will occupy defenders and give others space and midfielders an option to find.
We haven't had anyone of that type in quite some time.We don't score enough and particularly not the grubby type.Its League 1 not the Prem and it's what's needed.Double digit pass moves with 25 yard corkers won't get us promotion.Putting em away from within short range just might.
