one of the best young players ever saw play the Jude Bellingham of his day (never forget when brian clough signed him on tv he said to him ,take your hands out of your pockets young man, and like a child being scolding by his teacher did what he was told.

I'm 15 years younger and when we had that 40c+ day last year I really struggled. In fact got air con installed in two rooms on the basis I didn't want to feel that bad again and I'm a 4 times a week gym go-er.
