How on earth did Dougall score not one, but two absolute peaches at WEMBLEY and then has never looked like scoring anything similar since.

We must have traded our ability to win games at Christmas with magical football abilities in the playoffs.
 
Big disappointment for me so far this season has been how poor our passing has been and how we lose possession so easily. Got to improve on both.
 
Not the best of halves. Started well, and would have been great if Dougall had made it 1-1 before HT.

Don’t look that attacking going forward, but then again Jerry hasn’t had much service.

Can’t work Thompson out. Sometimes he looks good and sometimes risky.

Back passing going to catch us out at some point if we aren’t careful. Had 2 lucky escapes.
 
Problem is they will keep putting it in the box and we'll switch off again. Need to take it to them second half. Patino for Williams then give the new lad a run on 65 mins.
 
You can't be playing a half in the championship that poorly, unable to complete simple pass, defending for the goal was conference level, look absolutely clueless.

Just dreadful, how can they be so bad at passing? Midfield non-existent.

We won't win with this set up, have to change it ASAP.
 
Pretty dreadful stuff. The inability of the midfield to do anything with the ball other than pass it straight back where it came from is worrying. The defence look like strangers to each other. Jerry’s not gonna get a sniff if we just keep hoofing the ball long - especially so when the hoofs aren’t even close to landing near our own forwards. Embarrassing.
 
It's so much better watching in the ground than on TV as you can see just how poor we are across the pitch rather than just what the camera is showing.

I expect Appleton to change the formation and make plenty of personnel changes.

It's been so poor I can't see anything but an improvement.

Our support is completely flat and being out sung by a bunch of pre-pubescent flag wavers.

You can go through my posts and I havent posted that before. I've been annoyed in prior games yes, but I haven't seen anything as remotely as that bad in that first 45 at all, that's just my opinion

I'm not surprised it's flat when they are being served up that shower of shit. Those players have given absolutely nothing in that half.
