Seeing as swimming is sunk, walking footie is at a standstill, I'm upping my one run a week up to two or three a week to cover the missing sessions.
(No I don't spit on the pavement, no I don't drive to my exercise route, yes I do keep six feet away from pedestrians )
So I now need to buy some new trainers as my Adidas ADIPRENE heels are goosed, and I find them a bit heavy now.
I will have to them buy online without trying them on, so I'm looking for recommendations.
I'm 60, which coincidenctly is about my 10k time now, so it's more a case of jogging about 10 miles a week, and hoping not to damage my old creaky joints!
I normally do some interval work(Fartlek) on treadmill, and I already have some lightweight Nike trainers for that type of excerise
Any suggestions, under Β£100?
