I am not on about him going ,you are probably right ,but it's silly because he has a contract till the end of the season . We have just paid 1 manager off . We have no idea who would take over and if we did it would take a few games to bed in . That's why I felt it silly .

CJ is crap is he . As well as getting forward and getting crosses in , he is always coming back to defend and has made some important tackles . Bowler does hardly anything at all at the back and at the moment little upfront. In respect to we have to get our flair players on . We did that with Appleton for 8 games and didn't win any that's why he's gone.
CJ is one of our better players now . Admittedly his crosses aren't great ,but he gets them in . Over the last 3 games he has probably put more crosses in then any other player . His pace scares defenders .He gets back and defends all the time and I still think he is improving.
We’ve run out of big lumps as 1 is hamstrung & the other needlessly suspended. We have to stick with Mick like it or not & time will tell.

Patino is and will be ten times the player CJ could ever aspire to be. That's why he's at Arsenal and is rated as one of the best academy players they've ever had. But he doesn't suit the hoofball tactics you love and he needs to be played in his best position. It's his first real season in senior football and playing in a shit team with shit tactics has took it's toll on him. Patino may be worth millions, like Bowler is, but your beloved CJ is worth pennies.
Wizard. There were lots of head shaking and disbelief expressed on here when Appleton was given a 4 year contract and yet now, when MM has only got until the end of the season you are saying that is silly.
As I have explained . In the perfect world we could keep bringing in managers till we got one that made us all happy ,but if you expect Simon Sadler to sack a second manager in less than a month that's pretty silly . If you expect Blackpool to get someone else in within a couple of weeks ,that's a bit silly. If we actually did get someone in for the last few games , he would have to work with a team that is failing by attacking and failing by defending ,so that's silly . Sadly MM is here till the end of the season and that's looking like fact.

Had you heard of Patino till he came to Blackpool .I don't think so . Patino's reputation comes from central league type games and reserve games . Watched by the Arsenal coaches . That's where reputations begin from ,their own clubs . Now I and other Blackpool fans have watched him since his arrival and made a judgement about his true ability . If your brain can't soak it up that we have judged with our own eyes and not what Arsenal have said about him then I am sorry ,but you keep telling yourself he should be played in your own little world .Also CJ works harder then Patino and is faster ,so there is 2 things that CJ is better at,

He hasn't made things worse. Appleton had drained every ounce of optimism from the fans in the ground, leading to a completely flat fanbase.
I thought Rotherham looked the more likely in the second half but that's by the by. I agree with you that there is no point in getting rid of McCarthy. His style of football doesn't suit the players we have and I suppose I hoped he'd recognise that pretty much from after the first game and a fews days on the training ground. Seems it's not the case and he's not for changing although the lack of defensive players seems to be reducing on a match by match basis. But it is what it is and he was brought here presumably on the strength of getting teams at the bottom of the league higher up to safety. It doesn't look like it's gonna pay off but he's got the job til the end of the season so let's just see. But come the end of the season, we need a new man in rapidly and more than likely a high turn over of players in and out. Mansford is getting it in the neck right now and justifiably so imo but come close season it will be far worse for him should he fail on the scale he did last summer.
