Was rooting for Bob Mac after his shot on 18 but Rory’s finish deserved it.

Yet some on here think he’s gone at the game

Bob MacIntyre must be gutted.

-6 on a day like that , plays a great shot in on 18 to 3 foot when the average was almost 50 foot all for McIlroy to birdie the last two to win by one!!

If it had been any average Joe coming down the last you'd have probably given the title to MacIntyre but it wasn't, it was McIlroy.

That's why he's one of the best golfers in the world, even after Ben An papping about on the last, Rory had the composure to roll his putt in.
