Is Andy Grice effectively calling out his successor Martin Booker for allowing Bolton fans in?

For clarity I was never employed by the club. I took a sabbatical from my job for 6 weeks in order to help the interim board as there was no one in the hospitality department.
I had to go back to my job towards the end of the season.
I'm certainly not calling any individual out as I don't know how Bolton fans got tickets
I did however state that it was unfair on our home fans if away fans are allowed in hospitality as it's usual that our fans end up with a ban if they react to an away fan being a knobhead.

It was actually just over ten mins between the two incidents ( not just hospitality ) but as previously stated it should with hindsight have been dealt with later
Equally we do this unscripted for the most part as as you know we often go ' off piste ' at the start
