Popped into ticket office yesterday to ask about buying a card as well as using digital one. They said on Monday 24th all actual cards will be sent out. And everyone who has opted for a digital card will be receiving an email explaining what you can and can not do with it. I wanted to know as my daughter or I sometimes let others use them. Apparently after receiving the email, you can still buy a plastic card if you wish.

yes there on the 24th .Tried to download onto my phone couldn't ,The youngsters at the desk tried , no joy so its a card
Do you have to pay for the card even though you can’t download it

A physical card will cost you £20.

You'll need a google or apple wallet, but the download should point you that way.
I thought I might struggle because I never use the phone for payment of anything (don't trust it fraudwise), so had no need of a wallet, but in all honesty it took me no more than 5 minutes.

They told me when I bought my season ticket to come in the office from Monday to collect my actual physical card .

My friend asked in the office if they would be posted , but it's collection only unfortunately.

Surely you can get someone to pick it up for you if you are coming across just for that? If not I can do it for you and post it with all the insurance etc as I'm getting a card as well and have to go in anyway.

Yeah you can just go in from Monday to buy the card. You’re old card like ours is no good now
