Season ticket email

Emailed today regarding my sons and they replied and sent his to my email so all order. They were quick with reply and sorting to be honest so I can’t complain
 
Still only received 2 out of the 4 that I ordered / paid for. Will send them an email now and see if they get it sorted out tomorrow, otherwise its a trip out to the ticket office on Saturday morning 🙁
 
The email shows the correct seat, but when I download the digital ticket, it shows the old seat and last seasons view? I’ve deleted it out of my wallet and tried again with no joy, updates are switched on and show “just updated”

Back to the ticket office we go 😟. My daughters downloaded to my phone perfectly in a couple of clicks too so no idea why mine won’t.
 
Now got all 4 of my season tickets.
Email to the ticket office last night to say I had only received 2. Got a reply off them early this morning and the missing 2 soon followed.

Downloaded it.
And it let me screenshot the Burton game
Maybe no need for a card if I can WhatsApp the screenshot?
 
Got mine today after calling into the shop. I had bought 3 tickets and apparently because Mrs Insider didn't have an e-mail linked to her account this stopped all 3 notifications being sent out.
That was quickly sorted and the e-mails arrived whilst I was still in the shop.
Got home and put mine straight into my Google wallet without a problem.
HOWEVER Mrs Insider's (not so smart) phone is incompatible with the Google wallet so she can't save it there which is the default option.
Anyone else with a similar problem?
 
I had a similar problem. 3 season tickets 1 email address. First phone call this morning started off badly but ended up OK.I,ve opted to put 2 in my Google wallet and eventually pre first game 1 card . This gives me a default position just in case!!!
Barrow,buying on line. was a simple process even for a dim skull like me. What an easy process.

Don't believe a screenshot will work.

If you want to share, delete from your wallet, send your email to your close friend / family member. Get them to upload to their wallet. When ready to transfer back, get them to delete from wallet and you re-upload.
 
Quick question - I've not downloaded yet as I might still buy a card as am not sure how many games I can attend and would sooner pay £20 for a card and get 5/6 games use for other family members out of it.
1. If you download the link, can you still get a card
2. Is this card 'for life' or do you have to renew each year?

2 good questions I too would like the answer to. I will be in the ticket office tomorrow so will ask if there's no definitive reply before then. Will post their answers on here.
 
Still not got mine useless, contacted them and they said they'd sent it out again, they havn't.
They should give me a card at no extra cost for my unnecessary trip to the ticket office tomorrow.
What's the point of technology if they can't use it.
 
I'll have to have a day trip to Blackpool next week to pick up my card, which I have already paid for as I can't, honestly, wait until the first home match as I'm sure there will be long queues in the ticket office and a fair few people who need to be sorted out with tickets and/or cards.

Doesn't always work, they emailed me back to say they resent it and to ignore my sons second link....they didn't.
Emailed them again fingers crossed it's 3rd time lucky. If they want to charge an extra £20 for a card, there should be no need for their customers to chase them for a frigging email.

You can download your ST and still have a physical one.
Plastic ST cards will have a 2 season life span.
