Season tickets......

I bought a season ticket this season in the full knowledge I may not see them play a home game. But hey! am lucky to have a job and be able to afford the privilege of buying one knowing that. (we just scored)..... But point I was going to make was..........

Would you be happy to buy a season ticket and watch us the way we play. Boring as fuck...... OK, so we may win more games than lose. But do you want entertainment for your cash..... bit like Ollie and the lads or be bored to death and win games.????

I think Swindon were making that game boring, not us.

It's hard to make a game free flowing when the other team is sitting 10 men behind the ball at HOME.

I obviously don't understand the game like some of the posters on here. Forgive me as I thought it was Ment to be entertaining and that under our new owner we as supporters were going to be offered a product a bit like what we witnessed under Ollie. Attacking exciting football.
Seems I'm watching lots of side to side back to the keeper, and that's from being in the oppositions penalty area. But hey we winning games by the odd goal....
Sorry we ain't exciting and the football we play is boring.....

Wow .. am not sure what more you want! With the players at his disposal, Critch is working wonders. Ironic we were maybe more attack minded at the start of the season and failed to get many points!

really dont understand how you see that as boring as fuck. swindon parked the bus and we needed to break them down. to watch us play patiently might not be the most exciting but you always get the feel now that we can do something. weve watched a defence almost totally in control and when they werent a keeper who knows whats hes doing. a central midfield who can can control the opposition, and attacking midfield who might come in and out of the game but again you get the feeling something might be about to happen when they get on the ball, and attackers who can score.

I have been critical of this side, and up until a couple weeks ago I'd of agreed with you for the most part it has been boring to watch.

We've looked much better going forward recently, we aren't to blame for that first half as Swindon had made the bizarre decision to hit us on the break having 10 men behind the ball at all times - if you watch some of the best sides in the world against teams who do that it is boring to watch. Second half was enjoyable as we defend well and looked dangerous on a fair few attacks, could have been more than 0 - 2 if we'd been more clinical.

If you can't get excited now we're into 6th with games in hand, scoring more goals than we have all season and winning games more regularly than we have all season then I don't know what to say really. I was fully converted after the Oxford game!

This sums up how little you know about the name of football.

Swindon sat back and hoped to nick a goal.
We had to break down their system.

Some people will never be happy.

Painful.

So passionate about the team, if they ain't playing the opposition off the park and winning 6 or 7 nil...... I get a bit upset and start asking questions...........
After 15 mins if not winning.......

Probably am a plumb........ But in all honesty as a ST holder and watching the games on stream.... Am having second thoughts about renewal......
Not getting any exciting vibes about what I'm watching....
I don’t think you’ll be missed if you decide against renewing.

I’ve had a season ticket over the years and watched some real shite and l would still have a season ticket to carry on watching shite because it’s the team l love! This squad is playing some very good technical football and are very difficult to beat, if you consider where we were after about game 10 to where we are now the change has been incredible. So if anyone thinks we’re as boring as fuck then bring it on because this squad is only going to massively improve!

Probability not....doubt the likes of you missed me when boycotting.....
Not really sure what you’re basing that on other than an absolute punt that I didn’t boycott and you’ve got that equally as wrong as your awful opinion on this team.

I’m over the moon to be able to say we’ve got our club back and that in itself makes me proud to be a seasider, but the team we’ve built makes me even prouder, without clowns like you who expect us to win 6-0 every week or it isn’t good enough.

After years and years of misery under selfish odious owners who saw us as the fools who kept on giving (to their heavily lined pockets) ; then four years of staying away I am not too concerned about whether our football is good or poor I am delighted to support the club through thick and thin with my future season ticket money while conscious many would love to do the same but need to watch their cash outlay.

we dominated the game on a very poor pitch in windy conditions and won at a canter were not a free scoring team probably dont have the players for that but we move the ball around well enough and generally look composed the statement boring is harsh in the extreme in my opinion.

OP forgetting what League One football is like - I’m happy we’re getting good results, defence is formidable and we’re scoring a few goals, not to mention we’ve a decent shout of getting out of this division.
Save the flair for the Championship👍

If Grayson was in charge we would be playing exactly as Swindon did against a top 6 side or any side.
If you think you’re playing the divisions form team who are almost invincible away from home and have your best player from last season bang in form and scoring for fun you’re not playing expansive football and giving them an open game.
Teams are setting up to keep it tight and try to score a set piece or break away against us. When Olly was in charge we were seen as a small team in a division full of ex Prem teams and large home crowds. They had to attack and we swashbuckled our way out of the Division
Now we are one of the bigger teams (not quite Sunderland or Hull of course) who have invested and have an owner whose not a complete fecking disgrace. Teams will try to make the game dull (await one of the kings of it on Monday) and it’s only when we go one up that it opens up.

You have to be loving this even if it is made to look boring at times? Top 6, an owner who’s one of our own, and even 62 chanting Critchs name

Can you please tell me where I’ve said I built the team? It says “we’ve” - as in the team of Blackpool FC.

Hoping you’re on a wind up with this post because if not, you’re not all there.

For fucks, sake.... Didn't even bother reading that due to the length of it...
