Me and my lad have season tickets, this season he’s having the cheaper 17-21 ticket so was told he would receive a new card in the post mid July, anyone received theirs yet, first game a week on sat.
 
I went in today to pick up a shirt for my lad. We have had to move seats so I asked about new season tickets and like others told they should be ready next week
 
This happened the season before last , you may have to call in the office to pick up individual match tickets until the cards are ready .
 
I had a reply about my son's season ticket. His is cheaper now as he's in the 18-21 category and he does need a new card and I have to go and collect it.

They said an announcement will be made next week on the club website.
 
It’s not a good look for our club which we have all been applauding for now being professionally run, to leave it this late and not communicate properly with their customers. This seems to be a theme running through the club, that there is little communication on almost anything.

Whoever is in charge needs lessons in basic communications. A simple website message would have sorted these questions.
 
Somebody at the club should look at this summer and vow to not let it happen again
Completely ridiculous recruitment so far
Lack of communication of any kind
Unless of course its new ways to take money off fans like the new lounges
I desperately wanted this regime to be more open but it definitely got a soviet feel to it at the moment and now this season ticket fiasco
How difficult is it to print them off and have them ready weeks in advance
I ordered mine early on in the close season so why have to wait until the week before?
Saturday is going to be a complete nightmare for people who have to pick up tickets and who don't live locally
I really hate to say it but this summer has been very reminiscent of the oystons
Some of you will vehemently disagree but if your honest with yourself you will agree that at the moment is just not been good enough for a well run championship club

Manager leaving and a lengthy time replacing

False hope

Players failing to sign and seemingly deals breaking down.

Some season tickets not out in time for the season

New website launch with lots of issues, people unable to renew or buy tickets

TTV charging people multiple times

Potg announced an hour before kick off

Prices up to 30 quid

Keep signing people with links to the nobbers

Poor communication

To a point I agree, I cannot understand for the life of me why 4 days before the start of the season and still no communication whatsoever on season tickets! That’s really poor! Even if they were announced as ready today it leaves 8000 people four or five days to pick up their season ticket! Bad enough for people who live locally but horrendous for exiles. It’s the same as why did the club shop shut at 12 on Saturday? Surely a perfect time to maximise sales in shirts etc but it’s shut
 
i was told that my last years ST would be updated.
I hope the young lady I spoke to was right.
Otherwise I'm in the SH 1 T.

More Bars than fullbacks. Some of our fans may consider that to date we have the right priorities.
 
All sounds like we are being run on a shoestring budget again. Things are definitely lacking and the feelgood factor is wearing very thin as things stand 🤨
 
Anyone else have a certain amount of trepidation heading in to Saturday's game as to if their ticket will work! I hope the club have plenty of people on the turnstiles on Saturday @SLO_BFC and have a way of working out if tickets are valid without sending everyone to the ticket office.

It wont be 8000. Those who have renewed and not moved seats (the greater majority) will have their existing cards electronically reactivated, according to the ticket office.

They will receive an email to this effect.

Still a bit late, but then the season is starting earlier this year.

Your right had forgotten about the re-activations - assuming loads have not lost their cards lol but for people like me, who have moved seat - three days before the season and no news is shocking in my view. Even if it was just an update to the effect of this is what will happen and when or we have an issue and are working on it bear with us etc. The season starting early is not an excuse for me as that’s be known for months, sorry to say it but the club have dropped a bollock on this - very poor!

They've repeatedly said that last seasons tickets are valid for the coming season. The vast majority of STHs are renewals, therefore the amount of new tickets to be issued is minimal.

Can't disagree with you on the shop opening times.
 
Just spoken to the ticket office - there will be an announcement on the website today for those who have renewed and changed seats. Collection only.
 
Still no announcement!!!

Not leaving people much time to pick up tickets before Saturday..

An explanation would help???
 
Might be a stupid question but if we've bought 4 season tickets together in one purchase, can I turn up with just my ID and the confirmation email and pick up all 4 cards?

I think it could be a problem if you're picking up cards for different age groups.

For instance, if you're picking up a card for someone in the U18 category, you would need to prove that that person is actually U18.

If all 4 cards are in the Adult category, then I don't think it would be a problem.

Thanks, that's not ideal, it will be 2 adult tickets, one senior and one child
