Too many pie eatersCall out for the amazing service from the club shop. Ordered some stuff for my son (training top and pint glass) yesterday, was told 3-5 working days, and arrived to my house in Surrey by DHL today just over 24 hrs since I ordered. Bit short on most large items though.
Is he the chap that provides detailed updates on the number of tickets sold for away games? But the lad who watches the tv whilst serving you needs sacking.
Harsh. But the lad who watches the tv whilst serving you needs sacking.
Should be back of house, not serving customers. I don't care who he supports or works for.Harsh.
He or his dad is a Pool fan.
Seen him at an away game this season with I presume his dad.
Get off this lads back.
I’ve been in his company working with him on two stints at the club shop:ticket office
Must be the same guy.Is he the chap that provides detailed updates on the number of tickets sold for away games?
What's wrong with watching TV while he serves you?But the lad who watches the tv whilst serving you needs sacking.
Dave, is it who I think it is, 4 letters in his Christian name? What’s your problem parker14 ?
Done!Alan msg me
Wishing you and Joy and Family a great Christmas
You are making the assumption it's the same person, but doesn't sound like it to me. My point in the post was about courtesy and communication, not ignorance towards the paying customer, as was the case here.I think you are talking to the same “lad”, who dealt with me yesterday, I picked up my Huddersfield tickets and bought a snow globe, he was very helpful, just took him a while to sort it out.
We don’t all operate or exist in the same helter skelter existence, some people move more slowly in life, and as he is always polite and helpful I’ve never seen a problem, nice lad and a credit to the football club, and himself by the way
But the lad who watches the tv whilst serving you needs sacking.
totally agree, I was just saying how quick the post was and how the shop should be commended for getting it out of the door so quick.Blimey, it's a Tuppence Ha'penny club shop that sells overprice rags and trinkets to starry eyed fans, what do expect Harrods? The lad is at least working probably on £6.50 an hour and trying his best and you want him sacked??
I'm assuming most people are more bothered about progress on the pitch and the management structure and financials, and less on eye contact in the club shop.Well you obviously accept low standards. As a club I thought we were trying to progress, but some people appear to be happy with second best, or worse even.
That's great. I'm just commenting on my own experience with ONE individual.I’ve been to the club shop lots of times this past month and have been served by both male and female staff and they’ve always been very pleasant and helpful. Well done to BFC club shop staff.
