I thought watching the Champions League Final would help me relax, it's made me worse.

Too late now but apparently you can build up sleep so your not tired but you can never catch up.
For example have a long sleep followed by a short sleep you will be OK but a short sleep followed by a long sleep achieves nowt.

I was determined not to have a drink tonight but had to have a few to settle the nerves and hopefully aid sleep. The hardest job is going to be waking the Mrs up at 6am reminding her she'd agreed to drive me to meet my lift down at Knutsofrd Services.

Fell asleep but woke up at 4, no chance of falling back to sleep. I'm already tangerine clad.and raring to go.

I'm surprisingly calm this morning woke up as normal put my curry in the slow cooker ready for when I get back UTMP!
