Ok I'll bite
I'd say we're neither, but sadly we're closer to option B than we are to option A.
Finishing 7th or 8th (which seems likely) isn't shit, but in my view it's certainly an under achievement.

We're not a "powerful" team at all, and in our recent "run" of 1-0 wins, I thought we were quite poor defensively but opposition strikers were very poor.

We have so many flaws in the team/set up that it’s a miracle that we have amassed 70 points and counting… it just shows what a missed opportunity it has been in such a poor poor league this season…
