Some good signings

Unfortunately we were always going to lose Bowler so makes sense to get some money. The direction of signing young player's is a good way to go. We need to make some sales to continually improve. I really like the signings of Poveda and the guy from leicester. No idea re Lyons but he is young and hope it goes well. Signing player's like Moffat and Emerson is a new direction and exciting. Having good young players is our best way to get quality stars of our own in the future. We can't buy player's like this after they become stars. Some will fail, but if we hit one or two who become quality first team players...
I do hope we add a good free agent if possible. Not many games till the next transfer window. I think we will be in a good position where we don't need numbers but Appleton will get a couple of quality player's where he believes we are lacking.

Yeah we have a few players but we haven’t address vital areas of the team for right now.

And how the fuck CJ is still here is beyond me.

Only two permanent signings but both could be ones who improve the first team. A striker better suited to a 4-3-3 is a big miss.

Losing Bowler hurts but if Poveda and Corbeanu can replace at least some of the attacking threat he gave us we might muddle through. Need the young Prem loans to come back and help us.

For all that bowler could do and was brilliant at, I don’t think he could have done what Corbeanu did with his 2nd goal in particular against Bristol.

We have some great talent but with slightly different strengths.

Because no one wanted to have him😁Or he begged to stay and attend extra training sessions

If you're going to keep repeating it, it's players not player's

All last year the moaners were moaning about lack of creativity in midfield being our main problem. We now have Patino, Fiorini, Wright. Vast improvement. Thompson solves our left back problem. Bowler was always going and hard to replace but Pivado seems as good attempt. CJ no longer a first teamer, dead wood cleared, very youthful squad and improved from last season. Main worry is defence where we might need an experienced free agent to calm things down. But we are moving forward in challenging market.

The pocket rocket from Leeds will impress believe me.

Ive watched him a number of times

He has better defensive qualities than Bowler and is a little tiger.

No hope we can ever sign quality like him other than on loan.

Enjoy him whilst hes here

Looked good in the short spell we've seen and training and clearly more to come.

Good to hear that though.

Permanent signings Dominic Thompson, Callum Wright, Zak Emmerson, Owen Moffat, Andy Lyons (JAN)

Loan Signings Rhys Williams, Theo Corbeanu, Charlie Patino, Ian Poveda, Lewis Fiorini

10 signings this window in total

11 players gone 5 players left the club and 6 players out on loan

We finished comfortably last season, we have added good quality to the squad and been unlucky with injuries.
The football on offer is more entertaining and only let 1 player go ( Bowler ) who would be in the 18 man squad

A decent window with maybe 1or 2 out of contract players to come in. Bar Bowler who was brilliant for us, I think
we have overall a far stronger squad than last season.
