Stream issues

I’ve got a message on the screen saying no source video was found is that what you are getting?
 
Here is an email i got from bfc media team after i emailed them regarding a refund.

"This issue is unfortunately effecting many clubs this afternoon. We're continuing to work with our providers at Stream AMG to get this sorted as soon as possible. We can only apologise for this, and will be discussing refunds for supporters, as this service is unacceptable today.

Check your bank statements aswell because these shysters (streamAMG) like to take double payments out
 
Does make me chuckle those moaning whilst using a Firestick or conning the club with a VPN that they live elsewhere about a stream.

Genuinely feel for those who live abroad who've paid but the rest tough tits you ain't supposed to be watching in the first place.
 
i get the feeling that the contracted company for the broadcast are really cutting corners, last week at wickham it seemed as though it was being transmitted in 240 pix format, similar the week before. Commentary is often not coming in till late on 6 mins one game 8 mins another, (maybe a radio lancs thing) and the stuttering images and general blurriness kind of makes the viewing experience a bit crappy, i alot of the time it seems they are filming on a 1996 year vintage nokia camera phone, and then yesterday nothing till 23/24 minutes. dont know who does the in game editing and production but the replays go on for so long that they miss key action, and there is a tendency to spend time (although not yesterday) with long shots of the managers / coaches looking all broody / moody on the touchline.
