Hi Everyone. Just a quick message about my mum Suzanne Schofield who passed away this week, she had been fighting ovarian cancer since march 2020, and before that in 2019 she had battled breast cancer. Unfortunately her body couldn't match her mental strength and she sadly passed away on Wednesday morning. She was a Blackpool fan and also a BST member, who some of you also may have known from her years working at Warbreck House. My family & I have set up a fundraiser with all donations going to The Eve Appeal, which the leading UK national charity funding research and raising awareness into the five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.

Very sorry to hear that mate. This is the worst time of your life but the pain will ease in time. Remember the good things and cherish your mum's courage in her brave fight against that horrible disease. May she rest in peace knowing she was well loved.
 
Like many other Seasiders we've lost I'm sure I will know her because we are still just one great big family.

RIp and condolences to you and your family. I lost my 31 yr old daughter to Ovarian cancer last year REMMBER ALL the good times you had with HER
