Swansea Vs Rotherham

Rotherham seem to have a bit of confidence and spirits are up, something our players need to get back asap. I'll be surprised if they don't beat Swansea.
 
For me, it's got a draw written all over it! Probably 0-0, which might not be the worst result.

Just as long as Rotherham don't win! 🙏

Swansea piss about too much for the sake of overplaying. I think they've won 1 in 19 when the opposition have kept all eleven men on the pitch and not scored a goal for them.

I'm expecting 1-0 to Rotherham and then Russ Martin potted for Nathan Jones.

It does not really matter what the teams around us do, because we need to win games ourselves, but this is not happening. The reason being a lack of goals and a lack of quality in the squad!

Actually it does matter. Yes, you are right about our need to win games but we're in such a hole that we need others around us to lose games.
 
Rotherham already showing much more than we did there. They have some control of the game, a bit of strength and quality in midfield with decent movement. I hate to say it but they're just a better side than we are, and have made better decisions in the transfer market. I'd be amazed if we finished above them, sadly.
 
Swansea are pretty crap so far ..not sure why there passing it about at the back like there Barcelona….Rotherham look the better team so far….
 
They don't half faff arse about for the sake of it Swansea. You can build attacks without causing yourself unnecessary risks I'm sure. You don't beat the press by getting in a tangle and passing straight to the opposition.

That said, they've shown what happens when you invest a moderate sum in a championship level striker. One attempt one goal. Not a slice or an airshot or a hamstring going. Just straight in the net.
 
The more the teams at the bottom lose, obviously the lower the points target - might we see as low as 46?
 
1-0 Swansea at half-time is good for us!

Don't know if Rotherham have many goals in them so could see it finishing like this.
 
One of the best strikers in the league up front in Piroe and Swansea have had 70% possession in their own box for the sake of showing they can do pretty passing. Got the ball nowhere near him so far since half time.

Playing into Rotherham's hands unless they wake up. They're not wearing them down, they're offering the game to them on a plate.

That's actually not a bad result for us! Keeps them both in it.

Two shite teams, but the fact we didn't beat either, in fact only took one point from 6 looks poor on us!

I notice no one mentioned our stats last Saturday when we had more possession, more corners and more shots. Doesn't fit the narrative.

You can guarantee they'll be quoted if we're worse off.

We need wins, and soon, to bring the likes of Rotherham back into it. They’re 6 points clear of us with a goal difference of minus 9 against our minus 18. We therefore need to not only win games, but massively improve our goal difference. Oh and of course we need Rotherham and others to lose regularly.

Think Rotherham are going to be ok.
They are 6 points clear of the bottom 3 in reality it’s 7 points with they’re far superior goal difference.
The bottom 3 are are really struggling to put any sort of run together.
So for me it’s any 3 from 4.
 
Problem is chaser has to win but chased can be happy with a draw to keep the status quo ,could go to last game or last but one !!!
