Anyone received their refund from this match, after the failure of service?

I’ve contacted the club multiple occasions and just keep getting back auto-acknowledgements that contain inaccurate / outdated guidance.

@SLO_BFC as there is no contact number, can you flag this please. We’ve got to do better with the TTV customer service, particularly when things go wrong.

No I havent although to be fair I didn't actually ask for they just said they'd send one.
 
I chased mine yesterday after it was supposedly processed 7 working days ago.

I've been told it's now been processed yesterday.

I received one lot back as I double purchased. I got onto match after about ten mins on the day so didn’t claim back from Lithuania! 😜
 
Some for me, no refunds and they took duplicate payment. I’m quite worried if Oyston is managing Tangerine TV

Yes TT, I'll take this up with the Media team.
 
What was the SP with this as I bought the game and only had a few problems but nothing that massively hindered my viewing - do you have to complain before you get a refund?

It didn't work for the majority of the game, however it didn't affect all so yes you'd have to raise if not happy.
