TTTv took two payments for tonights game. I gather I'm not the only one this happened to. Not overbothered about the amount but obviously concerned for the future. Why has this happened ? Not a good advert for TTTv. I've emailed the media team as I didn't know exactly who to contact. If anyone has any info on this please let us know.

Charged me three times, got stuck on the spinning circle of doom after I went to pay via PayPal, didn't seem to go through, but I closed the tab after it timed out, didn't refresh or anything and it had 3 payments on there.

Also on the tablet I watch on it didn't flip the image correctly like usual, it would disappear when I did.

Had to flip the tablet first them reload the Web page and then do it.

I emailed the marketing email, as that was the one they said for website issues, kind of is that, if not I'm sure they'll redirect.

Annoying though.
 
I watched the whole game but had no sound at all. Tried on different browsers and the same issue.
As soon as I opened a music player, the sound was working so it must have been an issue with TTV.

Said before but this has been a very disappointing launch.

The website and single sign in is great, its all going in the right direction, you can see when it works its great.

Sadly though its clearly not been ready at times and had issues and is still having them in some areas.

Once again, it's making buying a ST, tickets or whatever a lot more difficult than it should be and that will only put some off.

At least its only pre season but its needs sorting ASAP.

We logged in, but no sign of game, my wife had to use the search tool, which I took the piss, how can you use the search for something that’s not there?, then up it popped, very bad website, needs sorting ASAP, I’d be amazed if 100 people paid for that tonight, I want to give the club the funds but if it’s obstructive then it gives you very little choice?
 
My request for half my money back is going in tomorrow for that shambles.

It's because the ball was out of shot for half the bloody game because someone in their infinite wisdom gave the YTS lad a go with a camera for the first time 🙄😉

I couldn't find who to email either so just emailed the club... they took 5 payments from me. Really no excuse for that.

It used to appear as the match centre, now it was under the Leeds article,a little link at the bottom, I eventually found it there.
 
I got an initial email reply from the club saying they were forwarding this on to their streaming partners after they took 5 payments. So I've sat patiently waiting for a reply. Nowt.

If any of you who had multiple payments taken for the Leeds game haven't chased it up then this is a reminder cos I'm chasing mine up now. Good luck!
 
I had three taken as well.
Mailed the club media team and they speedily replied saying they’d pass the message on but I’ve no response yet, we’ll see what happens……
 
Anyone any joy? Just emailed again, initially to the marketing one, said she passed on to ttv stream amg, so copied them in this time and awaiting the refund...
 
I emailed this morning again at about 8am... don't necessarily expect a response till monday but still... I'm £20 out of pocket after having payment taken 5 times for the Leeds stream. I'm not using it again until I get a response so guess I'm missing the game tomorrow.

Edit: I'll add that since 2 people at the club forwarded my message to their "streaming partner" I've not heard a jot back
 
I've emailed the club twice, StreamAMG twice, without response (other than the first BFC email stating that they'd forward it to Stream AMG). I've also had my Paypal dispute dismissed. I haven't tried the tangerinetvsupport@streamamg.com address, so will try that now. Sadly, I think I'll be looking elsewhere for streams in future.

I've typically needed a reminder when I've been double charged and then got a refund without an e-mail response. I've used tangerinetvsupport@streamamg.com address.
 
Whilst I can’t claim to be a tech-wizz, I’m reasonably up-to-speed on stuff & have used TTV multiple times before for streaming.

I have the new SSO account, but having just spent a frustrating 20 minutes trying to buy a match-day pass to watch tomorrow’s game, I’ve given up.

From my own experience + various other comments, there appears to be a need to address this extremely unfriendly user experience PDQ….

Signed in to my account (Linked to PayPal), clicked the TTV option & tried to purchase match-pass. Site then told me I already had a subscription (Which I know….) & then directed me to PayPal. Signed into PayPal, which then tried to charge me £1.00, rather than £5.99 for the pass.

Possibly some sort of pre-auth (?), but no explanation as to why.

Yeah it says already have subscription which isn't helpful as you're not buying the 1.99 subscription, you're buying a match pass.

When you get to PayPal thats almost done it comes up 1 quid yes but it'll charge the correct amount.

Well, as long as you don't get a multiple payment charge...

Hopefully thats sorted though now.

So you just need to proceed from where you were.
