I think we need to not get too bothered about key players being signed before we play Bristol City. Last season a lot of our most important players came a bit later, it might be the same again.
Ideally the sooner the better but the most important thing is not to panic and get the right men in to help us stay in the division.

Averages 6 goals a season which is nowhere near enough for a player in an advanced position.

Grant Ward is a very good player and quite versatile.

Signed for Peterborough this summer. I also thought he’d be a good addition but posh got it done very quickly.

Ward is great, but better as competition for Kenny D and Stewart. Always looks too cautious in more advanced areas.
