I was going to post exactly the same, but I didn't want to put a damper on today's terrific result.
I said the same to the rest of the family.looked really bad attendance.
I know the game has changed nowadays but the FA cup was always something to look forward to.
 
All I know is i’ve spent a score on a lot worse. Some game, about as good as it gets after a lack of wins and the atmosphere was very good despite the numbers.

The boo boys that stayed home, not because of financial issues but because they havn’t got their way, probably helped that atmosphere today too. Was a stadium backing the team from start to finish and there was no tension felt and think that showed in the players performances. Smiles all round on and off the pitch after each goal went flying in. Giving it the forest fans instead of each other was ideal too. Funny what can happen when the 12th man turns up. Cracking afternoon much needed and went home happy.

There was a time a few years ago I would have paid whatever price for a ticket just to go watch my football team again regardless of who was in charge, what league/cup we was in etc etc when we stayed away from the old owners, just remember that moving forward. Good times ahead again I think this second half of the season.

Great debuts Lyons and Rodgers. Poveda the little magician again 👍🏽

I’ve been to all home league games and a fair number of the away games this season but decided not to go today as most of our cohort weren’t and I had a few things to do

Spot on post. I was mildly pleased not to have the toxic bellend that stands behind me in C block shouting his negative bollocks there, and who I had to dig out forcibly twice last week when he tried to turn on one of our own fans. The lads in his place were right behind the Pool. A great day out supporting the Mighty Pool 👍
