The naivety of Josh Bowler

I genuinely think we're a more honest side than most.
I also counted at least 4 occasions where Keshi was chopped after beating 2/3 of their players, but he kept his balance after steadying himself rather than hitting the floor.
As for Josh, he usually had 4 players on him, so its unlikely he would have been awarded a free kick, especially from today's ref?
He had a very good game imo

Personally I enjoy watching us play like we did today, better than looking to the ref for decisions most of the time like some sides, and don't forget as Critch said, we're "little old Blackpool" so we don't get much at all!

Bowler was excellent today. Bit surprised he took him off.

Bowler played well today and always posed a threat and needed several defenders on him so when he went off that greatly eased the pressure on their defence. He also is learning to square the ball accurately with his right foot which as he plays on the right is very important.

He was. I think purely tactical as we reorganised ourselves to play 5-3-1 effectively, Bowler cant play wingback and doesn't do enough defensively to stay on at that point IMO. Pity Carey got crocked too.

Bowler played well. Begs the question why at half time Crutch didn’t instruct his defenders to knobble Thomas who went on to score 2 goals. It’s not rocket science footy. Just take out the danger men. We didn’t do that and therefore we lost. Nowt to do with Gabriel really just bad management in not recognising their main threat and also not exposing their weakness at the back with the slowest black man I’ve ever seen pull on a football shirt.

Bowler was brilliant today, as were all the players, just one of those championships games, shit happens and you either get the good end of the stick or get spanked with the sore end, it’s really panefull but you just hope someone else gets the cane next time, 😂

I mentioned on the Gabriel thread that Bowler had his shirt pulled 3 or 4 times immediately prior to the red card. Most of the teams we have seen this season would have stopped playing and taken the free kick.

I’ve been a critic of Bowler this season but the last couple of games he has been decent.
That's what I was implying. If he'd gone down after that run Gabriel wouldn't have got sent off. Live and learn eh.

When Keshi was fouled but carried on to cross for
madines goal, ref should of still booked there player
