Don’t think a defeat will haunt us at all it will just be another set back like many others over this season potentially leading us to the trap door.Beat the Nobbers and we can still knock on Cardiff and Rotherham (and maybe Reading's door) but you get the feeling that a defeat at Deepdale will haunt us for years.
Yep, this.Don’t think a defeat will haunt us at all it will just be another set back like many others over this season potentially leading us to the trap door.
I think to today's generation though it will feel like that and who knows when we might play each other again,Nothing like 1970 .
Does nark me that this is their 16th year in the Championship and they've never looked in danger of going down!who knows when we might play each other again
Or in danger of going up. Stagnation writ large at a cost of around £12 million a year.Does nark me that this is their 16th year in the Championship and they've never looked in danger of going down!
When did Grayson get them promoted?? Wasn't 16years ago surely?Does nark me that this is their 16th year in the Championship and they've never looked in danger of going down!
Scant comfort indeed, but at least the worst we can do is share the spoils over 4 Championship games.True … but don’t forget they at least cannot do the double over us this year ..if that is some comfort !!
It’s only their 8th consecutive season in the Championship and they were down in L1 from 2011-2015??Does nark me that this is their 16th year in the Championship and they've never looked in danger of going down!
I’d rather be relegated & promoted over those 16 years, it’s all about entertainment and it can’t be very entertaining for them just plodding around in the same division year after year, no highs, no lows just aimless pointless existence isn’t what I want for us, that’s not me being biased it’s just a fact, imagine if the only thing we had to look forward to was wearing a bowler hat once a yearDoes nark me that this is their 16th year in the Championship and they've never looked in danger of going down!

Tbf I'd rather stay in the championship but if we did go down and manage another promotion via Wembley or just auto, with fans in attendance, it would benefit the club and fanbase massively.Yeah, fair enough. I am absolutely gutted that North End are an established Championship club.
God, I wish that we were playing Leyton Orient and Morecambe next season!

Having a playoff success is pretty memorable, we've had a lot, tye best team in the playoffs ever.
But of course no guarantees of it happening and could just end up there for a few years or more.
Yeah, I'm just saying there is a way it can work out. However there's no guarantee it would and is too risky.I can agree with that aspect but the financial implications of dropping down a division are massive, especially if you get stuck in the league for a while.
I think Portsmouth are bigger than both of us and they’ve been stuck in that league for ages.
I don’t think anybody should think relegation isn’t too bad because you can get a trip to Wembley in May.
Let’s do that thenYeah, I'm just saying there is a way it can work out. However there's no guarantee it would and is too risky.
Better to just stay up.
Ahh go on then.Let’s do that then
Or up.Does nark me that this is their 16th year in the Championship and they've never looked in danger of going down!

I’ve supported Blackpool since 1987, so I’ve seen Blackpool:You keep telling your self that
