Thoughts on PNE's next manager?

I think Lowe would be better off staying put.

I'll go for Holloway, PKE are ten years behind us in everything else anyway.

Will be gutted if it is Lowe, as I think he's a great manager and is definitely too good for the scum. Think location is a massive factor in this case.

Pep Guardiola could take over at the Knobbers and they would still give him s#it.....and they would still be s#it

Lowe only has a 42.2% win rate at Plymouth in L1.......Frankie McAvoy had a 42.4% win rate in the Championship..... 🤔...and they sacked him!!!!!
It's going to take Lowe a minimum of a full season to clear out the dross......and by then, the PKE fan(s) will be booing him for not being in the Prem.

Unless Hemmings JR is willing to splash even more millions on a dying club, where fan numbers are dropping, year on year.......
Poor old Ryan, will be another forgotten manager, who's been through the revolving door of despair, that is PNE

I think his win ratio is currently much better than that this season and that, plus him getting Plymouth promoted in the first place is what will be catching the eye of the PNE board.
Statistics can be tweaked to whatever you want them to say

Living in Bury, I know a lot of Shakers fans who speak highly of Lowe. Unfortunately this could well be a good appointment for PKE.

SSN reporting Plymouth have appointed Steven Schumacher as first team manager following the resignation of Ryan Lowe earlier this morning.

It's bad news the Nobbers appointing a new manager. Although it pains me to say this, they do have a decent squad, and a new manager will inevitably (as they always do) get them on a running streak.
Come on Critch, let's get back to winning ways and keep the Nobbers behind us.

One of them ain't it where it could be a great appointment for them, but there is also the risk element that he will need to find his feet fast in a division he has never managed in, and its an unforgiving division at that. A much more forward thinking appointment from them lot though, the Frankie appointment was a ludicrous one - I never understand why chairmen always fall for the new manager bounce.

Hope it all ends in tears again though 🤞

Lowe wasn't on any of PNisOnline's "who do we want as our next manager" lists.....seems the one's they did want, just weren't interested...

Lowe has a release clause according to the BBC, and PKE activated it.....I wonder how much money they will be paying them?
And lets be honest....apart from Moyes, every other manager at the knobbers has crashed and burned.....
The last 'lower league' manager they took a punt on was Graham Westley....and look how that went...

Also saw that the average home gate at Plymouth this year is over 12,500....Average gate at PKE 11,700......Poor Ryan will think he's in a morgue!!!

Gary......That was a copy of a poll set up yesterday on PNisOnline at 10,00pm last night.....when Lowe was announced and 1/3 on.
Noticed, between then and now......Lowe's gone from 62 votes to 117....still only 50% of PNE fans who want him

Had to laugh....15 knobbers voted for Critch as their next manager.........still give Lowe 12 months before you lot start to hound him...

I can see why they've gone for Lowe but would have thought Michael Appleton or even Gareth Ainsworth would have been above him in the reckoning.
