Ticket advice please help

I have 4 season tickets year after year.
One is mine the others my dad, son and grandson.
We all have different client numbers.
I manage the ticket bookings.
The site will not let me buy or reassign tickets.
Can't get through to the ticket office on the phone.
Can't get down to the ground as I work full-time in Poulton.
On top of this we have the legalised 'touts' who are TicketMaster controlling distribution.

Shambles !

Spent all morning on this already - any help appreciated

I'm surprised you can't reassign or give others privileges. I think it is very easy to do and works perfectly well.
 
It invites to reassign which I do.
It lets me choose who to.
Doesn't change the name on the ticket then tells me I can only buy one in my name.
Time and time again.
 
Couldn't they put a facility on the website that will accept other STHs families who are also STHs?
A bit late now I know, but they should have thought off this problem.
 
Stay patient on the phone, I was on hold for 20mins but eventually got through and Laura managed to sort my 5 tickets. Be aware that you will have little hope of sitting together, at best you will be in pairs.
 
Laura normally sorts everything, she is a superstar but I have been on hold for over an hour but had to end call in case they try to ring me.

it didn't work for me yesterday after linking 3 accounts. An utter shambles we have our 3 seats but not together....... i know, we are lucky to be going. Ticketdisaster are tasking the piss with with an admin charge for each booking and a print at home fee (my ink and paper how does that work)

Obvious question - not trying to tell you how to suck eggs btw - have you added your rellies to your ticket network?

The issue isn't the clubs, it is Ticketmasters useless website. The fact it was nigh on impossible to select 2 seats together, regardless of their supposed availability.
 
Yes 66 I have. I am invited to reassign and their names are available but nothing updates.
As Newbury says it is probable Ticketmasters issue.
Having said that I have been on hold for 2 hours now.
 
I assume your network says you can "manage" as opposed to you can "assign"
Beat me to it Halifax.

For the ‘manage’ facility to work, each client reference must have a separate email address. Once the main ticket holder has clicked manage on each linked account, the other account holders get an email (to their junk / spam) to confirm the action.

Laura and Lauren sorted everything on the phone when I finally go through.
Newbury was right that Ticketdisaster site wasn't working.
Perhaps they should donate their fees to the girls at the club who can actually do the job.

I appreciate you are working full time. But I have just been down to the ticket office, I was in and out in 10 minutes problems and tickets sorted by the time got back home tickets had arrived.👍
