His story needs a case study on wasted potential.

In 2013, he was 21 and probably the 2nd brightest English prospect (next to Zaha) scoring 31 goals in 100 appearances for us.

He truly had the football world at his fingertips. The offer from Inter was warranted given his age and just how good he was for us.

And now his career has completely sputtered out, being doomed to life as an average Championship player.

Too much involvement from his dad? Different managers who play style didn't suit him?

Think it's some combination of both. Ollie really got the most out of the attacking players (which is why he played the best in his career under Ollie) as well as his dad being too involved in his development and career.

Always remember Tom and Dad sitting in the Sainsbury's car park next to Selhurst park waiting to get the loan deal through that made his Dad n Koko a pretty packet.

Spot on

According to my Luton mate, they were as surprised by the deal as everyone else. My mate certainly hadn't seen it coming.
Seemingly Tincey is still on £32.000 a week and Stoke are footing at least half of it.
