Tomorrows Crowd

Just had a look on the bfc site and it seems it’s the same old; north nearly sold out, a smattering left in the west but still loads to flog in the south.
It’s too late now but surely the club could have done a promotion for this and the stoke game (knock a tenner off if you buy both games) or something? Three sides of the ground packed and cheering on the seasiders in vital games instead looks like we will be getting the usual 11-12k attendance. Having said that i’m assuming Stoke will have been given and sold a 3k allocation?

I think people are a bit scared of going in the South now. One or two reprobates seem to be filtering in from the other areas and causing flashpoints with the away fans 😰

They are only allowed to do a certain amount of reduced games per season, I think it's 3 and we've already used 1 from memory

must admit Ram i didn’t know that either tbh, you know what i’m getting to the stage where i’m doubting what would bring the crowds back (apart from a side competing at the top of the table).

Thoughts are in the right place but you've got to think of those who've paid full price for their tickets.

I believe Rotherham have sold just under 2000. So I suppose that means a gate of about 11,250. Hopefully, it’ll be a few more.

It can't help that you can only buy home tickets on the website if you're a "previous purchaser". I've never bought a ticket online on my own account before as my mate usually gets me a ticket whenever I go to a game. Thought i'd go to the game tomorrow but my mate isn't available and the website won't let me buy a ticket because i'm not a "previous purchaser" so I guess i'm not going.

How am I supposed to become a previous purchaser if you don't let me purchase the initial ticket 😂??

Assuming you've bought one previously from the ticket office , you will be on the system. Just go in and buy one .

Sorry if this is obvious, I’m a season ticket holder, living an hour away. My lad has decided he wants to go tomorrow, can you buy a ticket in the club shop still, on the day? Thanks.

It'll be the usual 9-10k from us, as usual the crowd will depend on the away attendance. It'll be low 11'000 or high 10'000 depending on Rotherham.

11'120.

One of the empty seats in the South was mine, due to the breakdown of my motor, which will be occupied today, trains allowing.

This has been a nightmare of a season for me as a season ticket holder but also living around 75 miles away. The problems being Train strikes, inadequate bus services after matches, midweek matches, postponed matches being re arranged midweek and so on.

As for the car, still in for repairs which will cost upwards of £1k, but cheaper than buying another.

We're fighting for our Championship status here, and I hope as many home fans as possible are on our three sides roaring us on to victory.
🧡UTMP🧡

hope it’s a good one for tomorrow and loud - guaranteed those stoke lot will start off very loud !

12650 or there about, give or take a thousand or two. don't forget they are bringing 3500
ah yes so that’s probs 2k more then rotherham? so maybe touch 13k if we turn out?

edit to add; just had a look on the bfc site - lots more blue dots showing certainly more at this stage of the Rotherham game but hopefully sell a few more tomorrow.

hazi, looking at the “blue dots” just now, i think under 12k could be on the cards. How many actually do queue and pay for a ticket leading upto kick off? I’ve no idea as usually entrenched in the boozer.

12k - it was a pipe dream in the 80's. And we currently sit bottom. We just have to stay in this Division
