This is an intriguing development.
My first thought was that if Trump is nominated by the Republican Party you can’t keep him off the ticket. But the way the US federal system works maybe you can so far as Colorado (and any other states that follow suit are concerned)?
I can’t see Trump being elected if he’s not allowed to run in certain states.
Obviously subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.
