As above, you pay the club, the club are responsible.Email StreamAMG directly. The club don’t deal with it.
No you don't. You are billed by Stream AMG. That's what appears on your receipt. As above, you pay the club, the club are responsible.
By all means copy the stream address but the request should be to the club.
Did you get directed to a help line telling you that you were the only one having problems!!I tried to get one last season as my account wouldn’t work after the close season - waste of space - they blamed me (it wasn’t my fault) it just from working perfectly wouldn’t. I hadn’t changed anything but it wouldn’t let me in
Complained, complained etc and they wouldn’t pay for missed matches so I told them where to stick their wonderful service and copied that post to Mr S Sadler I amongst plenty of others - got nothing, heard nothing and I would never have T(rasht)TV given me
I still want my money back / compensation, but now prefer live entertainment - I can manage pretty well without the stress of a useless TV channel 15 mins before kick off
If I were you, I would try and find the Broadcasting Ombudsman (if there is one) after trying all your normal complaint channels etc Write to Which Magazine and any other high profile consumer complaints body as this service is not fit for purpose
Finally, the Club as they must make money out of this service/venture, has a
Supporters duty of care (imo) to ensure this service works correctly to the benefit of all and all complaints are properly handled
Only if its run by FujitsuDid you get directed to a help line telling you that you were the only one having problems!!
I had this discussion when I claimed. I know you pay Ttv - that what appear on bank statement, but you pay via the BFC website. I just emailed the club, the SLO and Stream. Initially ignored, I emailed daily and then called the club.No you don't. You are billed by Stream AMG. That's what appears on your receipt.
The club are just facilitators. All the terms and conditions make Stream AMG responsible, not the club.

This was answered some time back. This isn't a definitive answer but I think it's about £6.Out of interest does anyone know the Club's share in this? Obviously in the £10 there is VAT, so £8.33 in reality, then the stream provider. Can't be a lot left.
Surprised it is as much. This was answered some time back. This isn't a definitive answer but I think it's about £6.
I had an issue with the Cambridge game I think it was mainly my internet. I got charged twice and never got to see the game. I replied to the email saying thanks for your purchase etc. I got both payments back which I thought I may only get one because of my internet issue. Pretty great service to be fair.Does anyone know who I can contact to request a refund ftom Tangerine TV? I have had problems viewing games that I paid for and also a duplicate payment. I gather that it's run by a third party and have emailed via the link, but no response.
Surely having bought it through the Club they are your first port of call and the club is obliged to follow it up.No you don't. You are billed by Stream AMG. That's what appears on your receipt.

Not necessarily. All the communication during the purchase process says to contact Stream AMG if you have any issues.Surely having bought it through the Club they are your first port of call and the club is obliged to follow it up.
That's how it normally works does it not?
Just to take your analogy one step further…..TTV match coverage isn’t cutting it. Fans are the lifeblood of this club and we deserve value for our hard-earned money. If the firesticks are providing better vfm, then it’s no surprise some fans (ahem) are turning to it. This shift hurts the club financially so they need to step up their game. Improve the service and/or find a new partner and make it worth the fans’ investment, or revenues will dwindle. We’ve got better things to do with our time than spend it on chasing fkin refunds. You should bill the club for the time you’ve wasted on trying to get a refund.
You didn't?!Just to take your analogy one step further…..
I don’t think gold and diamonds are value for money at the moment.
So I have decided to take a brick and go window shopping at the local jewellers
It wasn’t your analogy unless you have multiple user names? You didn't?!
Oh, it was an analogy. I had visions of a stripey jumper and a swagbagIt wasn’t your analogy unless you have multiple user names?
Can’t knock a swagbagOh, it was an analogy. I had visions of a stripey jumper and a swagbag
Don't want to be an annoying pedant Seaside, there's a few on here already, but you should look up the meaning of "analogy". And your metaphor seems to have gone a bit nuclear. winky emojiJust to take your analogy one step further…..

When watching Martin Lewis or any other consumer money programmes they always say your contract is with the party you bought the service/goods from.Surely having bought it through the Club they are your first port of call and the club is obliged to follow it up.
