Well, last match of the season. A vital game that we can now see on TTv. So I apply for a match pass and the 'system' takes three payments of £10 yet does not appear to at least give me a match pass. I receive nine emails; six emails confirming that the three seperate amounts of £10 have been taken and then three more saying that the live videos of the Derby County game (29/3), the Fleetwood game (9/4) and the Wycombe game (1/4) have been terminated because the matches have finished. I then discovered that the departments that deal with TTv do not have the facilities to take phone calls (unbelievable!). So I had to email them. What you then get in response is a computer-produced reply telling you to read the various Q & A's and info contained in the terms/conditions and if you can't get an answer to your query then send a further email. I sent the email and to be fair I received a reply that two payments would be refunded but still not certain if I have match pass. I have to see tomorrow if I've got it and if not contact them again. I don't know if I'm just unlucky but I thought the taking of three payments business had been sorted. It just seems to me a not very robust system and sad that they refuse to be contactable by phone. But what can you do ??
 
Took two off me. Anyone would think they are trying to get a few bob in before it ends. Waiting for a reply on the refund.

And we get pelters when we use alternatives. They're shit, always have been.

Bloody useless, I can't get anything even though I pay per month to listen to games. This happens regularly.

According to my account I duly have 2 x match passes (!), so hopefully I at least get to see the game. 🤞

Will leave it until after the match before trying to resolve as a) I don’t need any more stress this morning & b) I don’t trust them to not fk it up further & leave me without a pass at all.

Hopefully the new system will work better, as this one is a total FUBAR.

Funny how these cock-ups always seem to end up in their favour, rather than that of the punter….

Sounds a nightmare, which has pretty much always been my experience recently.
I think I might give it a swerve and just follow it all on here and BBC.
 
Too late, I've paid my tenner to the Royals. Straightforward and easy. So I will turn the commentary off and just watch.

When TTV works it's great and great value, but when it doesn't work the support system are at post office level,

Same for me for several games this season. I eventually got reimbursed!
Something needs addressing within the media side of the club & we'll go crazy if we can't see the game this afternoon
