Really, really could not give two shiny shites. Weird how some want to cling on to the 'good old days' when Oyston was the reason for the club doing so badly! Maybe now they've gone, we are being exposed as a club.

It's nothing to do with clinging onto the 'good old days' it's about an Oyston hopefully getting a good kicking in court.

The bigger kicking the better.

I recall at an earlier hearing a while ago that no-one had a copy of KO's contract because it had been taken away in a filing cabinet by another O company. The judge was due to send them an order to release it, because they hadn't responded to the club. The judge was concerned about getting further information on payments via a loan account and whether it was legal in terms of potentially avoiding tax and CSA payments. I also recall that the club was represented by both a QC and also an HR expert, Christine Green (Tony Green's wife)

Only 9 people allowed, I'm up first on Wednesday but have to go Tuesday just in case it's running ahead of schedule. Nervous but excited to see the end of koko being involved in our club so we never have to talk about him again.

If he has to be reinstated as chairman, we should ensure it's to clean the 'chairs' the fans sit on that are covered in bird shit and he has to clean it off.......

A lot of the lads interested in this were put through the mill by the Oystons and those who were not support those that were.

Not weird at all.

Good luck with your day in Court.
I'm not sure how these virtual hearings are run or exactly what I'll get to see online.
I have a feeling though there won't be a video wall behind the Judge with a load of jeering Blackpool fans.

There won't be any proceedings today, apparently. Hopefully there will be more clarity about the rest of the week later on today.

I suppose this means I'll have to to go to Sainsbury's after all....

Really. Does the Tribunal service not bother to tell those people who have registered an interest In attending In person and virtually. Just as shambolic as the Oyston dynasty 🤬

Good job we weren't attending in person.
I have e-mailed the guy who sent the link to see if he can tell me when I should try again.
