Simon Sadler is planning to bring Vancouver white caps Italian coach Vanni Sartini to the club next season
Max News. Talks are ongoing as Sadler is trying everything possible to convince Vanni Sartini to the club for next season

What’s your thoughts on this. I’ve never heard of him ?

Never heard of him. Looked at twitter and can see a post confirming what you said above. Vancouver Whitecaps fans seem to love him, and he looks pretty passionate.
Honestly, I have absolutely no idea where this may end up.

‘Confirming’ … you mean ‘repeating’? It’s one random tweet quoting a random/possibly non-existent news source … about a 9/10 on the bolloxometer

It's early in the morning. bad use of words
I agree just repeating. Don't believe this at all, as just one random tweet. Looking at twitter there's so much rubbish being spouted, I truly think no one knows, including the bookies, which is why I said I have absolutely no idea who we will end up with. Probably someone not even on the radar.

Not much experience, only been Vancouver’s head coach less than a year and that’s his first ever gig. Didn’t seem to be ever been a pro player either!

Just what does anyone see in the guy as a future coach/manager especially Simon Sadler?

According to wiki He’s never played the game as a pro, he’s managed someone from 2008-2011 who look like an African amateur side then nothing till 2021 when he went to whitecaps.

Honestly some reports are just plain daft as well as stupid.

Agent talk probably, nobody had never heard of him before this, now he is being talked about in England

Xu Genbao has apparently entered the betting too. The 78 year old founder of Shanghai Asia East FC says this is just the opportunity he has been looking for to kick start his career.

Never heard of him, so I’ll put him just ahead of Michael Appleton in my ‘Top 100’ preferred Manager list 👍

So that’s

96 - Brian Blessed
97 - Welsh Phil
98 - Vanni Sartori
99 - Michael Appleton
100 - Father Ted
Father Ted might have worked well with Dougall. Could have helped improve his passing to people close by or far away.

Ted can call his mate Larry Duff about the job, who's a mix of Grayson and the dancing bloke.

Brian Jack's would be my choice. Good tactical knowledge and the players would be fit after all those parallel bar dips. One to watch.
Would rather have Father Jack....

Clear, concise, driven and could go on the piss with Jerry Yates.

Thanks for that I pissed myself at the thought of Brian Blessed shouting on the touch line, the game would stop & all the players would turn round. 😂

So that's touch line communication, team talks, leading chants and fist pumping he is master of.

The more I hear about him the more I like.

To the north stand....

Its also quite heartening you've gone for Mr Sartori the Italian photographer.

He’s a little too old I’d say 85 to be precise. 😬

This story was the clincher for bringing in Blessed in at Number 96...

Shame he got the poles wrong, the south is on land the north is in sea. Makes me question about this fight, did the polar bear punch him in the nose and did it infact win?

I guess we'll never know.

He’s certainly been to the North Pole…. As well as at least a couple of failed attempts at Everest.

Tbf he can shout so loud it might actually cause the poles to reverse, so I'll let him off.
It goes without saying he’s an interesting character…. I suppose the Ocean would have been covered with ice … And it’s not actually the weirdest or the most unbelievable of his many strange stories that would have been true🤣

He was certainly the oldest man to reach tge North Pole and I think his 3 Everest attempts all without Oxygen….

He’s not just a bloke with a big gob 👍

Why on earth would you have Brian Blessed in front of Phil for our mangers gig ?

Apologies if beards are something that you factor in when decision making.
