Vaping

Why do vapers seem to think, no smoking or vaping in venues, football grounds & pubs, doesn't mean them? Smokers seem to have got the memo... but not Vapers

At a gig in Manchester last night, & while in the balcony, I could see many people ignoring the rule (law),
I see the same at Bloomfield Road, every week

why?....... are they morons?,............. or just inconsiderate bastards?

They ride electric scooters as well

Cigarette ban's i understand as they not only harm the person smoking but they harm
the people breathing in the exhaled smoke. This has been known for years and is proven.

Vaping is not smoking, as for smoke to be produced it has to be lit. There is at present very
little evidence to say that vaping is harmful to people inhaling exhaled vape. The evidence
so far is that it is 95% less harmful to someone that smokes. I have no doubt these figures
will alter as more testing and evidence is produced.

The downside to vaping however is manufactures are targeting kids, just as they have with
certain alcoholic drinks, this is the main problem that needs to be sorted out.

I see very little plastic washed up along the Fylde coast and even less on holidays around the world. I wish Sky and Sir Dave would do a piece on plastic vapes destroying our countryside and streets.

Both

Not really bothered by people vaping but it would be nice if they could try and direct in a certain direction. Someone can be sat in front of you and you can get enveloped by a cloud of Raspberry Jizz, blow it away from others it's just common courtesy 👍
For me that's the issue, can't begin to imagine how many times I've waked out of a Restaurant/bar/Coffee Shop only to be struggling not to vomit as I'm overwhelmed by the vile nauseously sweet cloud of "vape fumes".

Personally I'd ban the things outright but at least lets ban them within 10 yards of the doors & windows of buildings

What a load of whinging wussy’s if someone is using the Flying Scotsman huge vapes that make people disappear in a cloud indoors then they are out of order. But there are far worse things to worry about.

No one yet knows the results of 'long term' vaping.
However, at present it's not seen as any worse than smoking.
Time will tell.

OK name one thing worse? 😳

In Canada, the smoking/vaping ban indoors also refers to no smoking/Vaping within 3 metres of an open window or door... Here they congregate in doorways, & as soon as the door opens, their foul stench blows inside..... Execution is too good for them

Vaping isn't illegal, it's policy. Same with pubs.

Never said it was, however the venue, and Bloomfield Rd, have banned it....see,
You put "law" in brackets.

Vaping isn't illegal anywhere - stadiums, pubs, concert venues - only exception is on planes.

I do crafty vapes at matches but try my best to avoid those sat near me. Point then about inconsiderate vapers as it can be very annoying.

There's no reason there shouldn't be pubs where you can vape or at least a set as space. By all means ban the Fizzy Hedgehog with Canteloup Melon variety and any others that appeal to children because they're damn addictive.

The stadium rules say no vaping.

They seem to thinks it's harmless and also that some want it blown near them, we don't.

OK it's not as bad as smoke, but maybe on a cold day outside, go up to one and just blow a honking breath in their face and say "not touching you"...
