Losing 2-0 RM get 3 dodgy VAR's going their way in maybe 15 minutes.

I don't think I've seen more biased, idiotic VAR as this.

Sack it off. It makes football look stupid.

Maybe the first start of improvement?

Knew it would happen so availed myself to the 2/1 on offer at half time. Terrible decision to disallow the goal to make it 1-3 and then playing all that added time until Real scored. Almost felt guilty withdrawing my money…

Nice one.

It's a start and an end to the stupidity that prevails now.

Then to book the player!!!! TBH I'd be very angry if my manager didn't get a red.

I thought you were going to tell us that RM has changed its name to bring it up to date.

yep was following the game on the bbc and the comments at the bottom suggest a great deal of corruption.

I wasn't watching the game but I was reading that Sheff Utd's equaliser was the latest goal in Premier League history and saw that the referee had added on 11 minutes in this game and ended up playing an extra 16 minutes.

Real didn't need that long to get there winner (99 mins) and at least the ref didn't tell the Almeira players that they were playing 'til Real scored or that it was next goal wins.

What has happened to the game ?

Go back to the 80s and games finished at 4.40 on a Saturday and a few late ones came in between 4.45 and 4.50, now young lads are having their fixed odds coupons - their money for going out on the Saturday - busted as late as ten past five.

I used to scream at the ref that my tea's ready if it went passed 4.45.
