I’ll leave what I feel or think about todays news for another time, what I can’t leave for another day is the fact I had to tell my boy whose 12 during his football training that the man he looked up to and thought so much of has walked away from our great club.
He was visibly shacken and upset by the news, holding back the tears so his mates who aren’t Blackpool fanatics didn’t see.
“What are we going to do”, he asked.
For once I didn’t have any answers to make it ok.
Just for that and all the other young lads and girls who feel let down, I hope the money makes you happy Mr Critchley.
Empty jestures, promises, kissing the badge!!!, I’ll never trust any manager again.
