Virtual season tickets

Meant to ask this question a couple of games ago but never got round to it.

Has everyones tickets in their apple wallet, or equivalent, been updating to the latest games? Mine is still stuck on the Cardiff game and I didn’t actually notice until I was walking to the ground for the Wigan match. Fortunately I had my physical ticket with me for each of the last 2 games. Have they given up on this?

It’s one less thing to forget when leaving for a game so having it on my phone is ideal for me, understand that for others it wouldn’t be.

What happens if you cant go and want to pass your ticket to a Mate. I know this is against the terms and conditions, but many people do this especially exiles. If it was the only way to use your ticket, it may impact overall season ticket sales.

One would hazard a guess as that is why they would prefer ST holders to use a virtual ticket. Fine if you know you will attend all, or the vast majority, of games but if for example you and a mate shared a game apiece……

No you put it in your phones wallet like a bank card.

That's why you keep your ST card so you can use both.
If the club cancelled the card that would be 2 out of my gang straight away cancel their ST.

You can use either, as I’ve had to use card the last 2 games due to not getting the latest ticket onto my phone, but only 1 per game. So once you have gone in using your phone someone else can’t go in using your card.

If you have used your phone for 1 game you can go back to using your card for the next if you so wished.
 
Mine says Cardif still but works fine. They must have decided not to bother updating them. I used to get a notification when it had updated on my iPhone but haven’t since Cardiff.

The only thing I've done is get the print at home tickets for cup games/friendlies and used my phone on the scanner instead.
