If we can get petrol!!!
That doesn't sound good! We have 3/4 of a tank at the moment but need to fill up again at Warwick (North) on the way up and then again in Blackpool on the way back. Surprised they are diesel only, as every garage around here is petrol only as they have all run out of diesel.Garages round us are all diesel only with a £30 limit
You're right, diesel the problem here too, typically both my wife and my cars are diesel. That doesn't sound good! Yes electric trams have been around since 1885.Another ploy by the Government to shift us out of fossil fuel powered cars and into electric. How many people after this will consider electric as their next car? I know I have……

There's nothing round here today, I might have have been slightly over confident about it blowing over.Well, SS12 managed to fill the tank up today so we can get there, just hope we can get some petrol to get home again!!!
I was stuck in London for 5 hours on Monday before I found a garage with petrol. On the way back up, the service stations looked patchy - some had fuel but large queues and some were empty so I would pick one on the way up to make sure you are fixed for the journey back home rather than wait too long and risk being stranded. If we can get petrol!!!
Motorway services get priority on deliveries in the worst scenario. If we can get petrol!!!
I haven't swopped my misses in 46 yrs.I haven't swapped my car in 16 years.
Once we get past Warwick we'll try and fill up again somewhere.......There's nothing round here today, I might have have been slightly over confident about it blowing over.

Motorway services get priority because they have the biggest profit margin.Motorway services get priority on deliveries in the worst scenario.
That's always a decent services. If you are using the M42 Hopwood Park J2 is pretty reliable and reasonable price 138.9 for petrol. You have to come off at J2 .
Fair play…. I get bored after a few years.I haven't swapped my car in 16 years.
I just never saw the point, cars haven't got any better in that time, I think late 90s/early 00s was the peak, since then the build quality has gone backwards and the built in redundancy has multiplied ten fold.Fair play…. I get bored after a few years.
Yeah not for the first time I underestimated the capacity for fuckwittery in the UK public.LFY8, That's what they keep telling us. Went out yesterday to get my booster Covid jab. Went past the filling station

I totally agree with the build quality, it’s seems to have gone back to the 80’s. In saying that, my Dad had a Volvo 240 in the 80’s and he had that nearly 20 years! My mum knocked down 15 yards of dry stone wall in it and it just put a slight tear in the huge rubber bumper….. great car that - dog shit brown in colour, but great all the same.I just never saw the point, cars haven't got any better in that time, I think late 90s/early 00s was the peak, since then the build quality has gone backwards and the built in redundancy has multiplied ten fold.
Electric/Hydrogen is the future, there's nothing more to progress with fossil fuels.
Yeah my Dad had a 240, bloody great cars, the doors are about a foot thick!I totally agree with the build quality, it’s seems to have gone back to the 80’s.
