Heart says Fulham have a day to forget and the Pool have a dream day winning 2 1 .Head says gulf in quality may lose 3 1 ,the 3rd coming on the break late on as we push for an equaliser .Please be the win ye Mighty Pool 👍🏻
 
My heart says 5-0 home win Jerry hat trick, Sterling dream debut.

My head says it's a weird one, expect to lose but two week break, both sides affected by players returning from international duty and transfers since their last games, Marv's first league home game this season, side looked much better for the last game and a half, against Bournemouth and Millwall. Fulham only won 2-1 at Millwall with 11 men.

We might surprise. A draw, maybe. 1-1, or 2-2. Which would prove we belong in this league.
 
Tbh when the fixtures came out this game is a bonus game if we pick up a point then great

Tuesday game for me is where we need to be picking up 3pts against teams who will in the same position come may
 
The fact you can get 5/1 for a home win today with most bookies tells you all you need to know what your heart and head doesn’t. 😬
 
Fulham are a top side with a great manager, but my heart & head both say our players and manager will rise to this challenge, leave nothing on the pitch and gain a hard earned draw 2-2.
 
Heart and head both say the new additions will make a difference because we're no longer forced to play Square pegs in round holes. Looking forward to the game, especially with proper RB / RWB.

Today is a "free hit" in my view, no expectations from the game. So my heart is saying a hard earned draw against the odds, but my head says the tens of millions Fulham have should be a bit too much for us.
 
Heart and head always in sync before a game. Never predict anything positive because it always comes back and bites you!
 
always go with head over heart, so yep fear the worst. Will take a good performance though and anything more than that is a bonus.
 
I can only see a comfortable win for Fulham we are very much a work in progress they should have far too much for us but i they have a very bad day and we are on it you never know.

When a saw line up I was worried defensively, but Marv & Keough were immense ( apart from 1 near cock up).
So were all the team !
 
I thought we had a chance today because although Fulham have had a good start to the season, they still lost 20 out of 38 matches winning only 5 matches the whole of last season so they will have a fragile mentality if things don't go their way. We were also showing signs of acclimatizing to this league and have recently strengthened the side so I'm not that surprised we got the win.
