Which player have you been most disappointed with this season?

For me it's got to be out of the loan players, anyone of three between Patino, Rogers or Poveda. All 3 being so close to absolutely ripping the Championship up. If I had to go for one I'd probably pick Rogers who has frustrated me this most, he is a midge's dick from absolutely terrorising any defence in.this division, you can see the ability is there but he always seems to fall short. I'd love to have him back in League 1.

Bowler for me- hailed as the great hope when he came back in January but been utterly appalling since he came back. Completely lost his form. I worry where he will end up next season as he is nowhere near Florists team regardless of whether they stay up or go down.

Should have done what the Cods did when they were in the shit and signed Stockley and Marriot who according to my Cod STH brother completely transformed the team from relegation fodder to mid table safety.

Would also like Rogers here next season, most disappointed possibly Dougall who did not really have much competition in midfield but was often rightly dropped.

Maybe it was just a season too early for our younger loanees or a division too high. I like to single out players and just concentrate on watching them during games. Patino for as much stick as he gets is technically on another level to some of our other players. He's already seen his pass before the ball reaches him, he's just a bit half hearted at times.

The younger loan players haven't disappointed me at all tbf. If anything we have put them in an unfair position especially during the jurassic period where we just wanted to lump it.
Patino has played most the season and been expected to run our midfield and build our play and has been the only one consistently wanting and showing for the ball which has put a lot of our more senior players to shame frankly. Rodgers I'd love back, I really like him and he would tear up LG 1 in a better team.
Fiorini when he has played has again been very good too.
Dougall has been consistently dreadfull

My 93 year old gran 👵 can run faster than him!!

I WAS with you on Rogers but in the last few games he's been one of our better players as has Fiorini. Patino hasn't improved. I think he's way off PL standard.

My answer was Patino but I forgot about Bowler (he's been that anonymous). That lad needs to go and rediscover his confidence to even compete in the Championship.

He has no pace - or even running power - at all. He is way to leightweight and cannot yet dominate a game - long way to go to be anywhere near decent Champ level never mind Prem level

Very unfair to pick on the loans,. They are young and learning and in a very average team with no tactics.

I'd take Patino, Fiorini and Poveda back every day of the week. If we could get Fiorini it would be absolutely massive (and profitable), but we won't....sigh

Dougall has been really poor. For his position he does the basics very badly with his best position being slightly further forward. Problem is he's not great there either.

There have been an awful lot of disappointments this year including Thompson and almost all the loan players. Howevere the clear winner is Jordan Gabriel who let the fans, the club and himself down getting injured for such a long period of time ** about playing some kind of drinking game. He should have been one of our better players and just took too long to come back.

Patino ( lightweight - useless in a relegation battle ) Bowler has been DREADFUL…Rogers has no chance of making it at top level. . Dom Thompson wouldn’t get a gig in any other Championsjip side, nor would Carey. Fourini in flashes ok, but basically loans were a disaster. When you concede the most goals in the league, under 3 different Managers, the players aren’t good enough and you deserve to go down.

The majority of the loans were learning their trade and relegation battles in men’s football is certainly not something they would have experienced hence their form looked to nosedive as we dropped.

To say a specific person disappointed me is hard as every player has their story, be it injury’s, not playing for a fair while and then being played out of position, or not given. A consistent run in the team. The team underperformed and some simply not good enough for the division. To think in league 1, CJ was soo annoying, short bursts of quality and then bit of Sunday league…. 2 years later he’s no better and is being involved in most games in the championship… this tells a story of the main reason it’s ended like it had for me.

None i think they all did their best. Along with the two managers just not good enough. Would hope to see Carey develop next season.

I’ll say Kevin Stewart as well 👍🏼

Different class when he played but to not play one single game is piss poor with a range of different injuries. Toe, calf, hammy, knee etc. Not one big injury just a constant problem one way or the other.

There’s definitely a mindset issue but if you read his social media he’s a master of positivity.

500 gym sessions this year and he “doesn’t even like gym”… what a gimp.

Anything positive?

Josh Bowler.

There must have been something in that moussaka he was eating in Athens.

A shadow of his former self. If it was my money, I'd say well done for getting £4 million for him.

He's got zero confidence, and now seems to be a one trick pony who's been sussed out by opposing teams

Err it was an accident!

Marv Ekpiteta had a great opportunity to run the back line but all he showed was how out of depth he was without Keogh by his side.
Thompson cost real money and no doubt has made Sadler wonder what he’s being asked to sign off.
The rest were mainly loanees looking for a place to learn their trade in grown-ups football.

yep, wouldn't pick on any of the loanees. Young kids having their first season of playing league football and in a team where they needed much better around them. As said, I'd have all three of those mentioned most back for L1 and they would be all the more better for their experiences of this season. Particularly feel sorry for Patino whose reputation went before him but he's had to carry the burden of maybe trying to carry that midfield and it's just been too much for him.

If we could maybe get him back again for a league one campaign he probably have learnt a lot and get a bit smarter, but I doubt he’d come back again.
