Who can we lose in the summer?

Be quicker to list players to keep. Notwithstanding many will be in contract for another year.
My keep list: Evans, Norburn, Morgan, Joseph, Apter, Casey, (& maybe Lyons if he comes good post-injury).
Assuming, of course, loanees go back - but would love to keep Offiah, and from his short stint so far, Baggott.
 
It's very tricky, in part because you generally release before you buy, so you may end up not being able to bring in any better in some cases.

If things stay the same which is a big ? I think they may err on the side of caution and release some but not as many as people would suggest or like.
 
It seems to be the Blackpool way that when it comes to summer, every year we need a massive rebuild. We don't seem to be able to get players in like Southern etc who will spend a long period of time with you, fit what you need and actually be very good at what they do.

Must say I've not written this season off just yet. Get a few players back which can only improve the squad and have the 2 games unbeaten got echoes of the 5 games unbeaten when Steve first came in? Big game on Saturday.

More to the question,who you want to keep.
We might have 6 players,that can come good,if we get some qaulity players in,come January.
 
I’d happily see a cull at board level. Certainly seems there some fat that can be trimmed in that part of the budget!

I expect Beesley to move on for his own good. Thompson I would have expected to be on his way out just a few weeks ago, but perhaps not now. I was thinking similarly about Pennington too - but perhaps not now either.

Ashworth and Carey could perhaps benefit from a loan out and some regular first team football. I’d expect a few youngsters to get some loans too. If we bring in another GK I’d expect either Tyrers loan to be cut short or Chapman or O’Donnell to see the rest of the season out on loan too.

I wouldn’t be overly surprised to see Baggotts loan terminated - I rate him and think he’s probably our best CB but maybe the injuries are just too much. I wouldn’t be too surprised to see Gabriel move on too - but he’s probably played himself out of contention of a move as he’s been poor recently.
