... I bought 2x tickets as member this morning.. I asked how many were sold and the chap serving me said... Hmmm.. Barely.. Just over a hundred...

Pne sold 2k and been given another 900+. So will be interesting who generates the best atmosphere... more of them on a Saturday or less of us on a Tuesday night... hmmmm. Just really hope we can get something from Norwich so we go there in good form/spirits

Probably same chap that told me only 7 seats had been sold on the coach to Sheff United. I know there’s still a few weeks to go and they’ve only just gone on sale but are we seeing a lack of interest for away games now? Think we sold out at Sheff United last season 2,300ish!

As a new fan to Blackpool.. I went to Cov last season anf the away support atmosphere was electric.. Am hoping for the same at Sunderland..

How much is the coach, seen no mention of it anyway and debating getting the coach myself?

It’s on the club website.

A place on the Club supporters' coach heading to Bramall Lane is priced at £20 per person. Bookings must be made in-store or over the telephone by calling 01253 599745. Coaches depart Bloomfield Road at 10.30am on the day of the game.

It’s a bit flat at the moment
Last week won’t have helped - everything seemed to pause
I love my away days but trekking up to Sunderland midweek when you are working ( so half day ) and knackered the day after is one for the very very keen

Sunderland away is always a trip I’ve wanted to do, but why the hell is it on a weeknight ? Surely a fixture against another Lancs team on a weeknight would’ve made more sense.
QPR
Rotherham
Sunderland
West Brom
Swansea
Our midweek away games this season(up to now) all over two hours travel longer also as you have to set off early because of rush hour I haven't been to the first two and won't be at the next three.👎

Going to Sheffield by car. Sunderland by car and Swansea by car. I’ve booked the grand hotel in Swansea it was only £67 for two people

I have admitted on here before that I only get to normally a handful of away games a season. But if this was a weekend match, I would have gone. Really want to go there.

Woukd love to go with my 3 and was one I was looking out for but alas midweek game down there won't be happening so we are out 😭

It is a bit flat

Selling our best player and not replacing him isn't going to help things

All these night time games this season are going to send energy prices through the roof for clubs.
I think there is around 8 night matches left.

We always take a decent amount to Sunderland , despite the current circumstances and low amount sold so far would be surprised if it was less than 1000, probably around 1200 since it's a night game. My dad's going and he hardly goes to any away games

You obviously have no concept of our away following 😯

Rather watch us lose on tele than piss about making the time and effort to go.

Fair play to those that do though 👍

I know 3 people who are going and staying over. I would’ve joined them but sadly can’t as I’m away next weekend. Two absences in one week wouldn’t have gone down well at home!

Word of caution…I am sure I’m sure I saw coming over on Saturday a sign that the M55 west bound is going to shut from. 9pm until the morning around that stupid new junction when no doubt half a dozen workers will be doing sweet fanny adams on the 4th.

just checked on Google and yes it is closed overnight so if travelling from the Fylde coast then you may need to plan your route back and that will include the team no doubt😳BEE630FB-EDA2-46D2-B430-CB2F4EEA8362.jpeg

Should be able to ring BFC pay for tickets and just collect them from Sunderland ticket office
They aren’t going to know necessarily to later tomorrow.Still maintain totally stupid for a midweek match especially given both the distance and Stadium capacity. We won’t fill the away capacity by some margin on a Tuesday night in October. This is still a round trip of over a100 miles for them and they were here on Saturday which was a 240 mile round trip at least.

Ridiculous….so my Yorkshire relatives will probably not bother now. What is wrong with these clubs.
It is ** ridiculous. Imagine going to a cinema or something that was nowhere near full and being told 'you have to book at a different cinema 4 hours before'

I have just read through this thread and it sums up the feeling around the club at the moment. There is a real downer about the place, even the guys on the podcast last night all look and sounded like they'd found a penny and lost a pound.

There's something not right, we were a bit shit last season at the start and our injuries this season have been worse. I really feel for MA, even he looked like a man with the weight of the world on his shoulders in his pre match interview today. The news that 2 more players could be out injured is probably the reason for that.

Personally I think there is something wrong behind the scenes, it's far too quiet, we have fucked up two important transfer windows and I can't see January 2023 being any better either. We lost our best player to a barn pot club and he ends up in ** Greece! Surely if BB was any good (and I don't think he is) then why didn't he arrange a deal to take a bit less money and get Josh to have stayed on loan with us to the end of the season? Maybe because we had filled our squad with 5 loans already? It just seems like there is no thought going into the team re-building behind the scenes, why?

It's weirdly sterile at the top table, there isn't a single thread of personality up there and no idea how to talk to the supporters. That last double act from Sadler and Bullshit was cringeworthy and actually very condescending. All conspiracy I know but there isn't the feel good factor there should be and I blame the owner and his minions for that. If things don't pick up morale wise, around the whole club, including us lot then it can get worse very quickly.

Tin hat donned yet again! 🤣

There is no doubt the feeling seems very flat at the moment and there is general apathy amongst the fans. We can’t seem to fill coaches to away games like we did last season e.g Sheff United away on 15th and we appear to be struggling getting anywhere near the numbers we took last season. The clusterfcuk of summer events is the cause of this IMHO and the club seems to have gone into complete radio silence.

Midweek has ruined it for many, also cost of coaches.
To think we filled two 53 Seaters on two Kirby Stephen Stops (well for one coach😀)in December 2919.
PLFS will NEVER be disbanded but after Sheff U I’ll do Wigan Blackburn defo & Preston too (providing I can sort…….. out before departure) if not after last season I really can’t be doing with it.
Fuckin’ incompetent Lancashire Police with no match day experience or communication.
I’d rather zap up there & back in the car, then we’ve all still got a Saturday afternoon in “The Principality”…🚌🧡🍊🚌🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧
